Hey Jorge, it’s prob a gd chunk higher as I use foods that have a fair bit of macros I don’t count . So I have 8 rice crispy bars on a training day now, each 3G of fat. So another 24g fat from those. the 2 wraps are 3G fat each and the pack of rice is 4g fat so another 10g there. The cereal has a couple grams. So I’m close to an extra 40g fat a day I don’t count – 360 cals there. If I counted exact macros for everything it would be like 6050 training and 3400 rest I’d say. When I start il pull 400 cals from training day only

I’m not keen on those drugs that increase appetite like that. I am happy to just plough on with the eating. I will cruise in a week and then start to diet soon 🙂

The bodies main need for carbs is initially post workout, you totally maximise recovery by placing it at the workout perimeter. Once those 6-8 hours post workout has passed, no real need to keep pushing in carbs.
I do 2 sets. If you can only do one. Don’t do a feeder , just attack one workset

Marcus, If I kept adding food , eventually I would get to carbs at breakfast. Eventually I’d have carbs in every meal . As I diet down they would all come out and only be focused at the workout perimeter

I don’t really want to but food is going up next week. This will prob be the v last time . As I mostly want to just hold here for the next month. 770 carb on a training day really isn’t fun at all tbh. It looks fun but it’s not lol

Viktor I can do a video of my recent stuff supp wise will be easier than writing it all. It’s a lot! I take a lot of health supps.
Marcus it depends, if I just rotate through exercises and stick to the 6-10 rep range for them, no I don’t need to pull back, I just microload . Deadlifts for me are diff as my goal is to pull 400kg that’s a v v specific strength goal so my deadlift work goes up and down in load. Don’t worry about trying to implement that tbh, i haven’t ever had to do that before and it’s made me v strong

Great pull session yday with Sasan , really happy with the lifts and execution. I do feel real tired at the end of session ATM , it’s from really pushing everyone of those sets to the highest intensity possible
Undergrip low row machine : 5plates/ side x 9 , 4plAtes + 2.5kg/side x 18
That row : 9 plates + 2.5kg x 7 , 7 plates +2.5kg x 15 ( i would love to get this to 20 reps )
Assisted chins ( I LOVE these, done them 4 pull sessions in a row ! Just because they feel so damn gd ATM , when I lose mobility in offseason, Chins and pulldowns don’t do the job as well. Assisted chins really do )

Lewis, Ye if it’s post post , for defo . Mine is my 3rd meal post. It’s going there now because I can’t eat anymore in the post or post post. And then once I max out pre bed I will add more fats to during the night. I don’t want to push up in weight anymore from here really , it won’t be long until i diet and my calipers are still lean in my stubborn parts , so I’m in a gd spot to just sit here now 🙂
