    i wouldn’t add ay cardio ontop of FT, id move upto tier 3 for a phase and try to recomp off some weight, id back off the slin and rotate any drugs that hold water. 22 pounds in weeks isn’t fun, i have been there and done it and defo wont do that again, try to get 7-8 of that water weight back off asap from drug changes and increasing energy output in the weight sessions

    Marcello, defo yes, the goal was circa 24 hour cut- this saw me gd, maybe 20 hours was absolutely perfect for me on that day, next time I want to carb more and push that even less – like 15-18 as I will be way leaner. the finals weren’t til gone midnight mate, the show organisation was poor. so my prejudge I was on after just over 24 hours, then I had to hold that til 36…. totally out of my control. I reintroduced maybe 1 litre between pre judge and finals, but finals were not judged, so I didn’t eat as much as I should of, in that scenario if I was judged again, I would of had to put in another 600-700g carbs id say and 1.5 litres fluid, maybe more, to re fill. for the uni, I’m on once and at circa 9.30 pm, this makes it v easy for me to control 🙂

    dan, primo at high doses is awesome. I’m using it as its a v mild drug and I need to clear out so my blood work is ok in 8 weeks. nandralone is WAY better for mass. id say primo is better than eq, I don’t rate eq much anymore, but its a lot cheaper. tren rules all, so tbh test + tren + oral, is all you need. maybe a second oral ontop. use test at a dose you can put up with water retention, if u hold a lot use orals that don’t hold water anavar/superdrol is my fav

    hey guys, so I’m home and fuck I’m tired. the travel , on my low cal rest day diet , a week post show , ruined me. we had a 4 hour stop off in rio after our natal – rio flight, I found a corner and went to sleep then was woken up by them calling my name over the speakers, then slept the whole flight too LOL

    so I weighed in today lightest all prep LOL, so defo lost more fat last week, that wasn’t really the goal but hey. 243.5

    so this coming week 2 slight alterations to rest day diet, 150g zero fat greek yoghurt added to my 2 lowest cal meals of the day.

    pwo bumping the 190g carb meal to 300g to try to help fill out, my weight now is lower then when i loaded from after a depletion. going to add a tub of sorbet to my pwo meal, my craving for icey things is absurb. i haven’t really craved all prep, but all i want is ice cold drinks lol, thank god pepsi max etc exist right now to keep me from over eating, seriously. yday i did a whole 1.5 litre bottle in like an hour.

    so main goal is to get my body ready to diet again, I’m flat, depleated, borderline losing muscle now after 24 weeks dieting. mentally i feel fine, but physically body is a bit tired. so we have 8 weeks to bring me back to life, with as minimal body fat gains as poss. i expect to gain zero muscle here, an amazing 8 weeks will be to just protect everything i have built ( I’m running low drugs) , so I’m ready to take on tony mount etc, those guys get nasty, so i need to step up my conditioning game again.

    Heh Ciaran, thanks buddy. Yup ten more off again, but tbh in 19 weeks I can get another few pounds of muscle also, so I’m not sure where it would end number wise, Maybe not as low as 235, but I feel if I was to really take my time and look to slowly chip off ten more pounds I could defo be in the mix at the next one 🙂 .

    I had an acai ice lolly between the pre judge and finals, it was awesome. Il grab some real stuff tmo and factor that into my pwo meal 🙂

    this is too vague info, how many years cycling? what was previous cycle, how is ur diet, your health, training? everything us pretty much the same price wise, test is cheaper, primo more expesnive, so just avoid primo and anavar, and stick with low dose test and possibly winny tabs as these are always v cheap BUT it depends on the above questions I have asked as to what and how much you use

    training today, I’m still in brazil btw. but going to do some heavy upper work, light lower. this is my modifications to the training to see more focus on keeping density in delts and arms, by adding dips, doing 2 compound sets of chest first ( will see heavy tricep loading, vs a chest iso move dropping the loading substantially because of a zig zag) , il keep the rest to 2 mins on the first portion of training so I can focus on getting v strong

    straight back at it today, training day diet hasn’t changed, rest day diet has adition of 200g avocado. so this week is going to be hard, 18 weeks to the pro universe

    drugs, dropping everything and rolling with 700mg primo, 200mg test / week , 20mg tamoxifen per day. no orals, aromatise inhibitors, gh il drop to 3.6iu/day , drop the yohimbine and l carnitine out. its an 8 week clear out, and then we willramp it back up at 10 weeks out. so the goal is to protect all muscle, get fresh and fill out slowly upto maybe 255, I’m 246 this am , I didn’t have any treats post show, just had zero cravings , apart from for water, after a 36 hour water cut.

    Updates: just finished 2400g carbs, all the foods went in well, no real stress or gas, or stomach discomfort. Yday I didn’t fill up at all! Did 1400g, woke up this morn up 2
    Pounds. It was just from how hard I went at yday norm session and the heat and my water getting higher then I wanted saw that many carbs not touch the side, today did 1000g and it did the job just fine. I wrapped up that by 3pm and then went back to fat meals. Beef and olive oil mostly , the beef here is tasty 🙂

    I’m right where I want to be im up at 260 pounds right now, full and a water balloon , il drop trough the night and then tmo cut water at mid day as planned, if I can be back at 245 on wake show day I know I’m dry ! As I started load at 246. So I know if I fill up then drop water , that’s a perfect spot for me 🙂

    Nick it’s a muscle round superset with a pump set , I did these in my depletion videos and a few weeks back filmed a session that had some of those set types in. Really awesome way of further increasing metabolic stress


    Brian , I use low fat cereals mostly 🙂 , and bagels. You can carb up on any carbs you wish, just need ones that don’t cause gastric distress , once it’s in the blood as glucose your body doesn’t know where it came from, be it rice or a rice crispy bar, it will just store that as glycogen. I covered this in my carb up vid here 🙂

    slin is the only thing that can outright kill you, without any underlying issues, IF you screw up

    any overhead pull movement, just needs perfect form , full stretch and shortening of the lat, and to get v strong on the exercise, and then to stretch the lats fully after training

    hey guys, so these last few days have all gone to plan.

    so I dropped my gh and yohimbine sat, did my shots for the week sunday as didn’t want to travel with injects just incase, not legal here in brazil, wouldn’t of been fun them not letting me into the country lol

    flight all went well, we trained Monday eve, and did my last heavy lower body, and did light upper body work.

    today, Tuesday – did upper body muscle round superset session , filmed a gd chunk of this.

    tmo wed, il start early and do one more full body depeletion, il do light legs tmo too, and just make sure everything is SO depleated and ready to load.

    mon and Tuesday I dropped my carbs to zero, but replaced my cals with fats. this has seen me get flat ish, not as flat as id like , so il really try to move fast tmo and bury myself, but keep the loading low, as don’t want any real eccentric forces, as this will impede glycogen uptake.

    from pwo tmo til bed I will load on 1400g carbs, water will stay at circa 6litres as has been all prep. sodium stays constant at 5-6g again what it has been all prep. roughly 1;1 ratio , sodium to water.

    il update tmo eve how the load is going, I was 247.5 this am, hope to be around 246 tmo am when I load. I think I’m holding a bit of water from the heat, but no biggie really.

    thurs il load for half the day, from early, and likely do 1000g carbs. water will go up here to 9litres, sodium stay at 5g. so this will start to flush some water by the eve when I drop carbs and move back to fats.

    then Friday, I will crank my water hard from wake til mid day, like 4litres. but drop sodium off to just 1g, taken in before 9am. this will then see me flush water through like crazy, il stop my water then and start herbal diuretics, dandelion etc.

    any questions on this protocol please ask,i have done this 4 times before in 2013, works v well when lean, leaner you are it works even better again, so when truly peeled this is SO safe.
