I would likely increase protein a touch. and then increase carbs a little at the workout perimeter, maybe 50g so 200cals, is a gd start point to gt you going

hey buddy, that’s spot on, and your absolutely right you can have your cals at mixed totals at each meal, keeping them even may help you feel steadier energy wise, but not always, so this is person dependant

hey buddy, mt2 is working a treat 🙂 , 2500 cals is low but I’m not hungry, just tired 🙂
I have trained mark for 4 years, this is his 13th show with me, we have 2 more after this and then uni end of year. so will be 16 shows il of prepped him for. il dig out a pic from show 1, at 80kg. he is just awesome, he is th epitome of just wanting to improve from not even getting looked at in his first show, to now being a fav for winning the british title.

in this situation, do your main chest move first, then second exercise a shoulder press or v high incline press, then back to another chest press but take a tighter grip to emphasise triceps, then a chest iso move, then into delt iso work. this works v well in that order

I would look to stretch your quads as hard as you can after each leg session, I find this helps a lot wth detail
ensure your staying super hydrated, this will help with the nose bleeds

ben I would defo deload here, you will be glad you did 🙂 , always deload just before you are forced to have one, and then you will have another 6-7 week blast that’s just awesome

hey buddy, I’m glad to hear your all ok. what is often best here is to just ensure your taking in your intra shake maybe 20mins before your session, slowly sipping. whats ur current intra workout shake and what are your goals?

do you have enough calories to play with to reduce your intake by circa 300 cals as opposed to doing that 30 mins liss, which will likely only burn 300 cals or so

so I may of forgot to mention I added in some Mt2 last week, I’m starting to get nice and dark, which is cool. but there is evidence to suggest fat loss from it too, so its being used as another tool here, but mostly its totally killed my appetite..like to zero, which makes prep easy. I don’t like the sides much, I feel bad nausea , but that aside its a useful tool to work upto 500mcg before bed

matt I like it. I also mix up my own formula using phlojel ( google this) and decapping yohimbine and rubbing that on together, this is great also for local uptake of the yoh
