joe, i will get it done asap, but i want it to be so right – I’m feeling out more aspects and il be using it for my prep for the nabba universe , so i need to run a few more week of it to get a gd feel for the volume and frequency and exercise selections 🙂

hey roel, the pics are amazing.
keep the slin dose closer to 5iu , I feel you can make great progress there. save the working upto 10iu for further down the line
cycle wise, I favour only one 19-nor, they will compete at the AR , so here using non AR mediated drugs is wise, so to keep things lean/dry/hard – moderate test, slightly higher tren than test, e.g 400 test e, 500 tren e per week. mast same as the tren at 500mg also. then 2 orals, I like anavar and superdrol combo, all split around the workout. the var/drol combo is superb for strength

I like orals to be focused around the workout, so id roll with 20mg dbol, 40mg anavar , split pre and post

back/traps/rear delts yday
my strength is dropping a little, as would be expected, as I have reduced anabolics and not using food as a tool here to grow, as I’m just holding weight around 250-252.
I’m not going to adjust my food yet however, I want to hold this look for now.
session yday was great
2mins rest between everything
chins 3 sets, reducing weight 10percent each time, aiming to beat reps of previous set
smith barbell row 3 sets, starting lighter and adding weight each set reps where 8/7/6
undergrip pulldown, 3 sets last set a double drop, again starting lighter and adding weight, 9/7/5drop 4 reps
rack pulls, started heavy here for 5 reps and dropped weight each set, reps 5/6/7/8
single arm machine row 2 sets of 10
seated shrug 3 sets starting with a moderate weight, increasing for second set then final set backing off to high reps 9/5/15 reps
bent over cable rear delts 2 high rep sets
bent over hammer strength lateral 2 high rep sets
leg raises 4 setsI will take some pics in a couple weeks just before we kick back the cycle into overdrive 🙂

there are some very gd natural bodybuilders, however that look seems v hard to achieve for most

I wouldn’t run eq in that cycle as it wont bind ahead of test and tren. so I would drop that and use a second oral alongside dbol as it doesn’t bind to the AR , so anavar here would be a gd option

I don’t think its a waste, as it will defo allow you to recover really well and enjoy training, which is priority too still isn’t it?

they are, but on the flipside a side effect from overusing an a.i is a decrease in cholesterol health. you could of likely ran 0.5mg twice a week and that will of seen your estrogen levels stay on the high end of normal, in these instances blood work is key, if you feel those sides in a cycle, have your estrogen levels checked, add in the A.i , and then check again

MemberJuly 12, 2016 at 2:23 pm in reply to: Intra Workout Carbs: why is it beneficial?ok, I don’t feel intra wo supps are a MUST. but I feel they do pose some benefit. the intake of carbs here wont offset gh release, that isn’t accuratr physiology. the intra wo carbs here will also help control cortisol from becoming too high, which may then force the body to mobilise proteins for fuel, if at that moment we are in net muscle protein breakdown, we potentially could breakdown muscle and convert those aminos to glycogen via gluconeogenesis. so by having readily available carbs and aminos, we avoid this.
amounts needed would be reflective of your carb allowance/day. id say putting 20percent of your total daily carb allowance intra poses some gd benefit

Heya, I think you shouldn’t avoid any exercises at all really , the realism is they will simply be much harder for you to progress being so tall , but if you can get strong on all moves , your going to make big leaps in progress by not shying away from any moves
