looks great buddy, is there scope for another meal on both days, if the goal is more size, adding another feeding of protein and then carbs to training day could be a gd step up

hey scott, there is research to suggest multiple worksets are superior to just one, however this is a v loaded statement for the reason you have stated, if your growing and recovering v well, why move up. you may go up just to see if you can recover from a higher tier and it illicit further adaptations and growth

ok so trying to be a little bit smarter today and save myself from too much neural fatigue, so moved my leg extensions first to drop the loading touch of exercises thereafter, I pulled the sldl and for my second ham failure added a pump superset to my ham muscle round. so session looked as follows
leg extensions 50kg aside 6 sets 4 , 10 seconds rest between each
cybex seated leg press , stack, 5 sets of 4, then 2 sets on the 6th set, 10 seconds rest between each
standard leg press 9 plates a side 4 sets of 4, failed on 3 reps in the 5th set, dropped to 7 plates aside for 4 more reps…superset uni lateral leg extension 10kg/side x 6 reps immediately into a hard quad stretch x 60 seconds… this whole quad sequence really saw my quads pump up a lotlying uni lateral hammy curl 20kg aside 5 sets of 4, 1 rep om the 6th set, 10 seconds rest between each, once failing superset with seated ham 30kg x 10 , perfect contractions
abductor machine 75kg, 6 sets of 4 ( 10 reps final set) superset cybex abductor knee bent position, 150x 8
stretchleg press calf raise muscle round, holding the 10seconds in the mid phase of the range so an iso hold, 5 sets of 4, then out of the hold for 10seconds, and 4 reps to fin
toe press 60kg , holding the 10seconds in the shortened phase, this was HARD 3 sets of 4, with 10 seconds iso hold between sets just short of fully contracted , then came out of the iso in the pauses and got 3 more sets of 4, just resting normal for 10 seconds betweenstretch on the calf raise machine, 130 x 40 seconds, slightly contracting into the stretch
db preacher curl, 25kg 6 sets of 4
db standing curl 15kg 6 sets of 4stretch x 60 seconds / arm
decline crunch superset leg raises, 2 times round

the more you push up calories and increase weight, the more you will grow, but as you say this comes at a cost…fat gains. sometimes to get really big, you have to suck up some fat gains and then work hard to diet off the fat after, I have had offseasons like that. then others I have stayed much leaner and grown v steady. so it depends just how much muscle you want to grow. obv its a dream for us to stay lean and just grow lean tissue only, but the realism of that is slim, not many can do that

256.5 today, I really managed to beat myself up wed I think, haven’t recovered at all, first time so far this prep a training day has rolled round and I am still totally ruined, so I suppose this is the point where it gets fun 🙂

don, I have no experience with any of those sadly. but demadex does sound like the most predictable.

hey buddy I defo don’t advise 6 days on, not many can train like that and really go intense every day, you will be able to do it …but it wont be as productive as resting a little more, I would want a rest after both main leg days for sure

while on that low a dose , just use curcumin by life extension – 400mg twice day, once finsished the orals add tudca ontop – 250mg x 2 a day

I don’t know anything about your goals, stats, how advanced you are as a bodybuilder. insulin is a ridiculously over used drug, people think it is some kind of holy grail. can you post pics of yourself and il comment what I feel you should do with the protocol 🙂
