    how many days EXACTLY have you been eating this? how often do you not manage to eat all your meals? in most cases, I know for a fact people will do this for two days, and then a day where they cant eat it all and miss meals, then maybe a couple days bang on, and a couple days of missing meals

    i would be v moderate on your first cycle doses and start tamoxifen as you start the cycle as you will be more prone to gyno

    hey jack, do your patterns change that day, so you wake closer to work and then by the time you finish work you have been awake maybe 12 hours? if so, keep carbs focused peri wo. if have been awake a long time, like 16-18 hours id defo have carb meals through work to fuel great sessions

    hey buddy, defo no need to apologise. we are here to help

    so Corinne would of asked for your current food intake, if you were v accurate with this ( most aren’t) , she would of worked out your current caloric intake, then ensured your protein, carb and fat totals where met inline with our principles and increased your current caloric intake by around 300 or so, as a start point. this will see you improve in performance and be able to grow. once that weight gain, performance stalls, she will need to run a check in with you, to look at start pics, current pics, talk over strength increases and appetite, and add more food as and where she feels best to see further gains in weight and performance

    hey buddy, this diet isn’t bad by any means, there really isn’t a bad diet, unless its all fast food and junk.

    i need to know more about your goals, training, anabolics, how long you have been at this weight currently, for me to plan accordingly so i feel it prob best we run a diet consult to go over these things so i can get you all set, then further tweaks going forward i can do on here 🙂

    257 this am still, feeling pretty gd with how things are looking. calipers where down again this am

    I’m not even taking ab, chest, tricep now as they are all sub 4 mm

    so we have left quad 4.2 , right 4.7
    sub scap 6.8
    lower back 6.8
    glutes at absolute fattest part 9.6

    lets get all these suckers as close to 4 as poss and its game on

    mike, i rate it a lot tbh, its effective, just lower your tren when you add it, or you may feel a bit lousy, 4 weeks out is ideal imo. are u running var ed?

    don, being in shape, first and foremost. the most predictable way i find is water stays high til night before show, sodium stays in and constant, 2 days of carbs leading into the show following a 3 day depletion, and then half a dyazide before bed. show day moderate carbs, sodium stays in

    hey guys,

    mentally I’m gd, I’m really chilled out tbh, training is still just holding on in there, the sessions feel longer, and today I had to talk to myself a bit in the session but it was gd fun.

    pedometer wise I’m just using my iPhone which is pretty consitant tbh, its the one in the health app you can download.

    I have played around with drugs a little for this week to give me a boost, so here we go final 4 weeks:

    750 test e
    300mg tren ace ( 100mg on rest days)
    500mg mast e
    1mg methyl trienalone pre wo
    50mg superdrol pre wo, 50mg winny split am /pm training days
    rest days 50mg anavar, 50mg winny both split am, pm
    25mg proviron am and pm

    the only thing that may change now from here is test down, and maybe halo in. we shall see

    so there you go that’s pretty much the peak cycle for me this year, its not too crazy, i wont feel too bad on this, the methyl trienalone/superdrol combo pre wo is V strong, so now after training I’m a bit beat up from getting v aggressive in sets

    hey guys, weight dropped hard from yday as had a day out in brighton so walked a lot, was 257 this am. I will go under 250 once dry, so will be high 240s am sure, which il be supper hapy with as that’s a little heavier then end of last season but condition will be better too, so that’s exactly what I want. looks like will take me another year to hold onto the 250 stage weight mark

    refeed Monday was nice, that was first one in forever, hit sushi post workout and I ate about 80quids worth.

    this week changes are minimal, clen dose up a touch, and then ensuring my activity levels on rest days are up ( hence my day yday) and then posing practise on training days.

    I will re do calipers again tmo am as checking twice a week now to be sure everything is coming down as it should

    I have lots more seminar dates soon to announce 🙂

    Hey guys , v busy weekend , lots of fun at the seminar sat in Grimsby and then yday talking at bodypower and seeing my clients do really well, we had 3 x 2nd place finishes again so I’m super pleased.

    I was 259.25 this am, calipers shifted down again well.

    Posed with Scott yday and he thinks I have about 7-8 pounds to come off and I’m done , so with 5 weeks to go I’m happy!!

    Also today is my first refeed in 18 weeks, as this weekend trashed both me and Scott so we are hitting some sushi after training today.

    There will be more FT camps soon so keep an eye for those dates , the feedback on the camp was incredible 🙂

    Lower body loading today In emporium gym, Rebecca is filming so we will kick some ass

    Il be on the forums more so tonight answering questions as I couldn’t get on this weekend much
