    So rolling into next week with food the same. I’m lucky to have Dr Scott Stevenson in my corner with this. I think it’s important to take advise off people you trust. I would of been inclined to lower food after mulling it over but I trust his judgement totally. Handing my prep back over to someone now is a hard thing after last year back firing on me a little, but thankfully what I like to do is v much in line with how Scott thinks, so this will will make the last 11 weeks easy for me 🙂

    We have a couple spaces left for the full training day camp with Dr Scott in Grimsby , these will be gone within the week am sure so let me know if you want them and want to learn from him, myself / Corinne and be trained by us 🙂

    ok great, how is your recovery between this session and the next leg session? do you feel like you can add work to this and still recover?

    this is an example of how to make the output a little higher

    Lying ham 8-5-3 then finish this rest pause off with a 10 sec iso hold
    Back squat 2x – 6-10 reps, increase this to 3 sets ( 2mins rest between sets, be strict with timing )
    Single leg exstentsion 2 x 8 – 10 change this to a leg extension muscle round set , 6 x 4 with ten seconds rest between sets, using a weight you can do for 15 reps
    Leg press 12-8-5 , up the reps on the first failure point of the rest pause to 15-20 reps

    Single leg standing ham 12-8-5
    sldl 2 x 8- 10, add a 3rd set ( 2mins rest between sets, be strict with timing )
    Sissy squat change this to a 6×4 muscle round set
    Abductor machine 1 x 10 then tripple drop set
    Seated calf 3x 8 x 10

    the changes above now make that a V hard leg session, that will burn more cals and create more epoc then adding 20-25 mins pwo liss imo if you go to absolute failure on every aspect

    it will be simply be adapting to utilising fats as fuel more efficiently , which will be easier for sure when your not doing exams and under stress from masters deadlines. I’m back to uni again in sept for physiology masters this time and i always have to take in more carbs when I’m back studying 🙂

    TRAINING DAY:

    MEAL 1 – 200g salmon, courgette, mushroom, spinach, 25g peptopro – 60P/24F

    PRE GYM MEAL – 75g whey/peptopro, 15g coconut oil, 125g raspberries, 67g blueberries – 60P/20C/15F

    INTRA – 10g citralline malate, 5g beta alanine, 5g creatine, 50g peptopro, 90g cyclic dextrin – 60P/90C

    PWO MEAL – 75g whey/peptpro, 5g creatine, 2 wholemeal bagels (72c) 80g of jam (44c) 55g cheerios, 50g golden grahams (74c) – 60P/190C

    MEAL – 200g chicken, courgette, mushroom, spinach, 150g sweet potato, 40g rice, wiggle of low sugar ketchup (20g ish), 25g whey/peptopro – 60P/60C/4F(from chicken)

    MEAL – 250g rump steak, 125g avocado, courgette, mushroom, spinach, 25g whey/peptopro – 60P/30F

    PRE BED – 75g whey, 55g almond butter – 60P/30F

    DURING THE NIGHT – 75g whey, 24g almond butter – 60P/13f

    REST DAY:

    MEAL 1 – 200g salmon, courgette, mushroom, spinach, 6g coconut oil, 25g peptopro – 60P/30F

    MEAL 2 – 200g chicken, courgette, mushroom, spinach, 24g almond butter, splash of almond milk (25g ish) 25g whey/peptopro – OR 75g whey, 24g almond butter – 60P/17F

    MEAL 3 – 250g rump steak, 125g avocado, courgette, mushroom, spinach, 25g whey/peptopro – 60P/30F

    MEAL 4 – 200g chicken, courgette, mushroom, spinach, 24g almond butter, splash of almond milk (25g ish) 25g whey/peptopro – 60P/17F

    MEAL 5 – 100g salmon, 100g turkey, courgette, mushroom, spinach, 3g coconut oil, 25g peptopro 60p/17f

    PRE BED – 75g whey, 55g almond butter – 60P/30f

    DURING THE NIGHT – 75g whey, 24g almond butter – 60P/13f

    no keep the intra in place, the yohimbine will help insulin release and aid the effects of the intra shake.

    so you will get a slight reduction in the yohimbines effectiveness, but not much to worry about 🙂

    Hey Peter , cycle looks great , I like the doses 🙂 , I prefer longer cycles personally , I think if your blood work prior to the cycle was fine, these doses , for 20 weeks shouldn’t see you run into any issues. after that cycle I would be sure that you cruise or pct effectively and make sure blood work and health is ideal before another cycle again.

    Calipers, I don’t bother with mid auxiliary or supra iliac readings, Both of those read really low for me. My lower back is a better indication of where I’m at. As well as thickest part of glute , which I didn’t take today, il do that next time. These readings are pretty decent. Showing typical male fat storage with back numbers higher, atm I’m doing 6×2.5mg yohimbine/ day. I will take that to 9 next week in the hope of helping mobilise some of that more stubborn fat

    265.75 today , upper body muscle rounds. My weight didn’t do all that much this week but il take calipers again tmo and they will be down for sure.

    Il post up my diet again tmo and what adjustments will go down for the week. It certainly won’t be doing any cardio or double days 🙂

    This all looks great to me, only change I’d like to see is chest work before delt work , as delts will still get hit a lot in chest work and being able to handle greater loads there won’t take away from your shoulder work, but the other way round will see your chest work suffer

    If your inclined to use the anavar, taking it on training days only is wise imo

    It’s a shame they have banned in the UK. As they are an incredibly useful supplement.

    Take them between meals, if you have carbs in your diet the best you can do is between meals
