    I would eat at maintenance. If you’re not training staying at maintenance is the better option also allows you to recover. As Clare says you’ll be up and moving sooner than you think and back doing low impact cardio then you can ease back into training

    Hey guys! Rest day today, had posing calls this morning followed by heading out for some Xmas shopping. Did a little before we decided it was too busy haha! Come home and did some online 🤣 this afternoon we’ve had an off plan meal and watched stranger things x

    I would always start with the lowest mg and lowest dosage. Some come pre mixed and majority that aren’t come with the vac water measured out anyway so you just add it to the powder. Needles wise just insulin needle needed as it’s sub-q

    Hi guys, no post yesterday as the site was down, so update for yesterday- I spent the day doing work for the majority and trained legs had a good day despite feeling a little tired.

    Woke up this morning with a migraine so it slowed down my morning as it really affects my vision managed to sleep it off a little and complete some work before heading to my nieces birthday party. Was lovely to see my family and spend some time with them x

    When you’re close to show and things begin to feel a little unstable due to fat loss that would be where I would make amendments to movements or not take them extra weight increases. It’s just weighing up is the extra weight worth the injury risk

    Hey guys, today’s been a day of client work and check ins. Also unexpected plumber visit due to a leak haha all fun and games. Then trained pull – had an ok session feeling a little tired more mentally drained than physically. But still matched numbers x

    Congrats on your first show! More muscle all round is needed and more condition these will come with more time. Take it steady no rushing, progress your lifts take bw up and enjoy the process

    I agree with Oscar here if it’s working don’t change it. If your progression stalls or slows down a lot that’s the point to look at changes to move forward. You can try and extra set or so but pull back immediately if recovery struggles

    I agree with Maddy if you’ve struggled with adherence I don’t feel like aggressive dieting is the right direction I would start by just installing routine and sticking to a nutrition plan/ training plan and then start to aim towards fat loss. For me I’d do this slower and then have a little reset/ diet break and then go again

    Evening all busy day of client work and farm bits followed by training push had a very good session felt pretty strong and pretty good pumps too! Numbers are on the up and feeling good all round in the gym x
