Hey guys! Rest day today and a day off from clinic had a busy day on the farm so just adjusted things to suit. It has been a lovely day for it and nice to be outside and the weather being bang on. X

Hey hey! Busy day client work and a day in clinic followed by some work with the cows on the farm and then training upper. Had a nice session trained with James so did some sneaky extra chest exercises haha! X

Personally I like carb cycling especially on days where I want to build a little more muscle in the past for me it’s gone down well

Hey guys rest day today, been a pretty chilled day. A few little errands to run but other than that just time with family and the dogs which was nice. Definitely feeling a touch sore from my massage but also not in the pain I was in before haha x

Hey guys, rest day for me. Half a day in the clinic with clients followed by red light therapy and sun bed and then a massage -which was really needed! Felt super sleepy since had a hot bath this afternoon and an off plan meal with James. It’s been nice to have some downtime and chill. Needed this rest day physically and mentally tbh x

Hey guys! Busy Friday clients in the clinic plus online check ins, followed by leg day with James – had an ok session if I’m totally honest I would of probably been better resting had a few niggles felt pretty tired and in need of a massage so I’ve got one tomorrow but yeah the session got done anyway. And then I crashed early night for me x

Hydration is definitely the problem here, this needs to be increased

I would suggest seeing a sports therapist or physio for this they will be able to test and figure out what’s going on then advise from there
