Hey guys! Final rest day of my little deload feeling much better in myself so back to the gym tomorrow 🫡 can’t wait! I’m also working tomorrow on the bank hol haha! I just can’t say no at the moment work is busy and I’m enjoying it! Today I’ve took the dogs on a walk, done some farm work and then had Sunday dinner with the in-laws. And a chilled afternoon x

I absolutely agree with James here and Adam they can be really beneficial. I do quite a lot isometrics in my sessions

Sounds like it could be weight or water retention related. When did you last reload/ rest?

I agree with Sara just go back to your original dose as you know you had no issues with this previously.

There is a few things it could be that wouldn’t show on a mri clear result doesn’t mean it’s fine. Theres more steps after this. So I personally would push for further testing and clarification or a second opinion
As for training after labrum surgery. Use pin loaded machines, leg extensions, ham curl, leg press etc

Hey guys! So busy day in clinic slightly earlier finish today which was nice I had plenty to catch up on at home so I come back home to complete my errands. Haven’t trained today definitely need more rest x

I honestly think it depends on what the issue is and what you’re wanting it to fix. I know Meg & kuba have had it done so I know they’ll be able to shed some more light on it

Evening all! Not been able to update you for 2 days due to not being able to get on the site but all sorted now. I’ve not trained the last 2 days as I was feeling pretty beat up but 2 full days rest and I feel much better now! Today I had a full day of clients and then trained legs with James. Legs felt pretty good I didn’t go crazy left a rep in reserve which was hard but I know I’m still not 100% x
