    Hey guys rest day today but a full day in clinic with clients. Busy busy recently and I’m just trying my best to balance everything as much as possible. Not going to lie it’s hectic but I kinda thrive in this kind of pressure x

    I don’t think a peptide is what you should be looking at. I’d be looking at are you dieting or off season, what’s your diet like? What’s your water intake, your sleep/ recovery your training etc

    Sometimes there are points you need to ignore hunger for abit. Having and appetite is a good sign run this for abit longer

    A little soreness is fine but if it’s pretty sore the I’d suggest letting us look at your set up and figuring out if there’s a way to help you recover

    Hey all! Back day today for me had a pretty good session felt pretty strong too. Trained with James so it’s always a fun session haha! Today was mainly work from home admin and catch up etc. then this evening house work/ farm work and dog walks. I also had a catch up with my mum x

    Hey guys! Rest day today and a day off from clinic had a busy day on the farm so just adjusted things to suit. It has been a lovely day for it and nice to be outside and the weather being bang on. X

    Hey hey! Busy day client work and a day in clinic followed by some work with the cows on the farm and then training upper. Had a nice session trained with James so did some sneaky extra chest exercises haha! X

    And going into a deficit it can help hold fullness/ muscle a little better to keeping performance where it needs to be

    Personally I like carb cycling especially on days where I want to build a little more muscle in the past for me it’s gone down well

    Hey guys rest day today, been a pretty chilled day. A few little errands to run but other than that just time with family and the dogs which was nice. Definitely feeling a touch sore from my massage but also not in the pain I was in before haha x

    Hey guys, rest day for me. Half a day in the clinic with clients followed by red light therapy and sun bed and then a massage -which was really needed! Felt super sleepy since had a hot bath this afternoon and an off plan meal with James. It’s been nice to have some downtime and chill. Needed this rest day physically and mentally tbh x
