Hey guys! Rest day today! Had a chilled but productive day got lots of admin bits done and caught up/ followed up bits of work. Ahead for the week. Still a few more bits to do but I already feel ahead š chilled evening watching a series and walking the dogs. Looking forward to another week in the clinic x

Itās honestly whatever suits your routine and schedule. In my last prep I would go to the gym on the mornings I had a little more time and on busy mornings I would do a walk & cardio on the bike at home

Hey I agree that would be very hard to recover from being conservatively. I would just opt for SLDL once a week personally when Iāve ever tried more they struggle to progress

By rounded do you mean internally rotated? If so I would be looking at you scapula movement is it normal / same as the other side and also loosening off your pec. Aside from that I would see a physio/ sports therapist and get them to run a few tests to see if they can find out whatās going on

I would get a sports therapist to have a look it could just be tight if itās like a pinching feeling itās usually tightness and can be easily released. Although if itās a deeper pain in the joint then the sports therapist/ physio should be able to test and see whatās roughly going on

Dream sleep around 30-40 mins pre bed for me some people need it a litttle sooner before bed though

I agree with Jordan it is very normal for this to happen. You could do what Jordanās said just ignore and push through. However sometimes I like to adapt my training to where I am and why Iām doing in terms of fat loss and adjusting volume but it all comes down to your own recovery

Hey guys! Today was a write off of just admin all day! Extremely busy and it actually gave me a headache being on my laptop all day but I ticked off a lot of what I wanted so thatās a relief. I like being able to tick off all my to-doos haha! So todayās been a rest day but Iām excited to train tomorrow and have a few people in clinic too x

Yeah I agree with the guys you should be aiming for form so I would back off with the weight and aim to build up from there maintaining form and keeping tha back straight as soon as you feel rounding and losing that position stop the set

If youāre going to go down the peptide route Reta probably would be your best bet I would start with a low dose and only take up when you need to donāt jump up too soon or start too high as it can cause sides even if they are less than others

Hey guys! First day in clinic not been super busy but thatās expected itās just nice to see people coming through the door šš¼ spent the day finishing admin and also last few bits to set up clinic. Itās not ready to make it work! This evening I trained legs – not my best session not my worst! My bodyweight is down – Iām not trying Iāve just been physically busy and had full days so thatās probably why but things should settle now. X
