    I would suggest seeing a sports therapist or physio for this they will be able to test and figure out what’s going on then advise from there

    Hey guys! Hope you’re good! Busy day in clinic but a rest day for me. I also completed some admin this evening that had been bugging me that needed doing has felt good to tick it off. It was just one of them things that needs doing that your put off because the deadline isn’t imminent but yeah anyway it’s all done. Had some downtime this evening which was nice not often we get longer than an hour on an evening nowadays x

    Hey guys another busy day in clinic plus client check ins and admin so busy busy! Also trained back with James had a very good session felt pretty strong today especially on my bor and dumbbell rows x

    Evening all! Busy day in clinic today, filmed some insta content too and then trained upper with James. Honestly had a big shock thought I’d tore my tricep but I think we’re safe. It feels a little niggly but I think it’s fine – we shall see if there’s bruising tomorrow 😩 cut my upper season a little short as I was more scared than anything haha wasn’t pain as such just uncomfortable but we will see how it goes x

    The thing is with peptides there’s limited research so it’s a case of you trying it and finding what works for you and your sweet spot with dosing

    Evening guys! Hope you’re all good I took an extra rest day today just felt pretty achy and still struggling a touch with a trapped nerve so I thought it was worth the extra day of rest to allow it to settle. I had a busy day in clinic with clients and then filmed some content for socials before winding down for the evening x

    Hard to say without more info and pics. But you’re only 8 days in stick at it and persevere it’ll start moving sure enough or it will after you push a little harder but I would give it another week first

    When I’m flying I always put meals in freezer bags and freeze the they will keep defrosted meals cold whilst they defrost before you eat them

    Evening all! So rest day today for me, woke with a migraine so I did my jobs on the farm and walked the dogs the tried to sleep the migraine off. It didn’t happen. Unfortunately it stuck around till about 7pm tonight – less then ideal I missed Pheebs bay shower absolutely gutted. But when I get a migraine if sleep doesn’t get rid I know it’s sticking about and with my migraines they massively affects my vision. I’m basically useless 🤣 I don’t usually get the too often probably every other month or so but recently it’s been twice in 1 month and I’ve currently got a trapped nerve in my neck I’m working to try and release and I honestly think that it’s stemming from that. So just been trying to manage it best I can but I’ve got constant nerve pain in my neck it’s like toothache of the neck – not fun 😅. Anyway we keep moving x

    I would have tb500 in at 1mg daily and bpc at 500-1mg daily

    But aside from that you need to look into why this is happening I would highly advise seeing a sports therapist or physio and rehabbing it otherwise once you finish the and bpc it’ll come back
