I don’t wear one, never have. I think having good midsection control ie vacuums / ab work will help and also being mindful of your digestive system and the amount of food you push will ultimately determine your waist

I would definitely be taking tbjp cure coming daily & Osteo pro. Join in if you wanna throw an extra in there. The thing is with arthritis is making sure your shoes fit correctly and support your feet. Other options could be massage/ sports therapy to manage pain and release tension etc ( this won’t fix just pain management without taking drugs) I would also be mindful of your bodyweight- not sure what you’re goal is but the heavier you sit the more pain you’ll be in. Could also swap steps for cardio- steady state bike etc something that’s less impact on your feet

Hey guys! Good day in clinic today busy busy but I love it. Squeezed in a massage for myself and did some work from a cute local cafe. Extra rest day today as I was feeling abit beat up hence the extra massage haha x

I get myself in the zone before I even get to the gym by listening to music or podcasts on the way then when I’m training I use pen and paper log book I listen to music and I don’t make conversation or talk to people whilst training. My phone is left in my bag or in do not disturb mode and I just focus on my session

Hey all! So rest day today for me & work from home day with client work. It’s been a nice chilled day definitely needed today’s rest body was feeling a little battered. I have a massage tomorrow morning which I’m very much looking forward to? X

I would opt for biasing them during other movements. I have tried cable in the past it’s super awkward set up and tbh it’s hard to go as heavy as you’ll need. I mean give it ago but tbh personally if I was you I’d target them through other movements

Hey guys! So busy day in clinic with clients had some old clients visit from Devon which was so lovely for them to add me into their trip. I then trained upper had a pretty good session. Shoulder press was slightly down but I do think I’ve got a slight impingement going on so I’ve booked myself in to get it sorted – I wish I could treat myself haha! Then this evening I’ve done bits of house jobs and admin and chilled x

If it’s been a few months since you deloaded then I’d be looking at running a good deload. I would also be looking into recovery management.. what are you doing to hep aid recovery etc?
