    I agree with Nathan I would just continue with aiming for overall size instead of a specific training plan for weakness.

    Hey guys! So busy day of client work and farm work & some admin bits followed by a meal out with James work lot for their Xmas work doo. Was a nice Italian- food was lovely but couldn’t wait to come home and get in bed haha! Such a home person x

    There’s so many options I only train 4 times a week so you’ve got 5 days around your 2 days off to train that’s plenty. What split was you doing previous?

    Update for today- worked pretty much full day at the laptop lots for admin/ client work and so on. Busy busy only just come off my laptop now. Rest day today for me looking forward to training tomorrow x

    Hey guys update for today & yesterday as the site was down.

    So yesterday was a busy day client work, farm work and last bits of Xmas shopping also trained legs! Was an ok session just getting back post illness x

    Hey guys! Busy day with client check ins and then training back had a good session – not my best but it is first day back in a week. My body needed that rest physically and mentally. The illness hit me so hard but glad I’m feeling better now x

    It maybe is just tight and could do with some massage work. I would do this or rest if you were planning to do so anyway. Little niggles come in once you start getting fairly strong and also you’ve not deloaded for sometime

    Hey guys! Another day of being ill. This has really hit me hard starting to really annoy me but I was going to train today but I still wasn’t right had a headache nausea and struggled to get my meals in so I just knew training would make me worse. Instead I caught up on admin/ work. Did some house work and had a nap and a bath x

    Could be flavouring or something along them lines. Like Phoebe said I would pull one and see if you still gets symptoms and just process of elimination to figure out which one
