    Cure coming will help but I’d also be making sure diet is in a good place to prevent any unnecessary extra inflammation

    Hey guys! Today was my admin work from home day. So I’ve done my client check ins followed by some admin and then trained legs. I usually rest on a wed but I’m not training Friday so needed to train today as I’m away for the weekend. X

    It’s just priority tbh where suits you and your split. I train back twice a week so I put mine in one of my back sessions

    Hey Hazim have you tried shockwave therapy. It’s so so good for treating tendinitis I use it for my clients in clinic. I would look for someone offering it local to you. I know you’re trying to think how to work round it etc but it does also need treating

    Evening all! Super busy day in clinic today which was very nice 👌🏼 huge compliment today when 3 people that work in the same field as me were in for massage today! Makes me feel super grateful 🙏🏼

    I the trained back had a very nice session felt strong. Connection on my pulldowns was so good I’ve tweaked my form a touch very happy with it now. Then this evening I’ve done mine and James food prep and walked the dogs x

    Dark plain background facing natural light. Use a ring light for this time of year when lighting is dark. Make sure there is enough room to get your full physique in shot and you’re not cutting yourself off. Stand central and have the camera height just above waist height. And keep it the same or as close to for every check in

    Hey guys! Busy Monday, few clients in the clinic followed by training push staring to feel really strong in the gym I’ve sorted a good little routine it took me 2-3 weeks to find my groove with a change in work schedules but it’s working well now! This evening I meal prepped and did some house work as well as the task of washing my hair haha!! X

    I absolutely agree you’re not really in the wrong mindset here just enjoy it and go into the prep/ show with an open mind. Take it all in as a learning curve every prep I’ve done over the last 11-12 years I’ve learnt something new and something valuable that’s helped me in the future. Don’t over think you’ll ruin it for yourself. Just enjoy the process of getting there and enjoy the day of your show any result is the just a byproduct of your enjoyment for the process

    Rest day for me definitely feeling better for it. Had a busy but fairly chilled day. Had some French visitors over for an exchange to see our highlands on the farm so that took up half the day it was lovely to meet like minded people despite my lack of French hahah! Then this evening food shop and house jobs/ chilling feeling much more recovered from my illness and excited to be back in the gym tomorrow and back at work 🥳🥳 x

    I’ve noticed it can last awhile after in some people but I’ve not known it last 6 months but that’s not to say it can’t happen

    I agree more time is always better. I would ask your coach what the plan is and ask them to set out a timeline so you know roughly how your prep is planned out. I do this with my clients then they know when they’re taking deloads or diet breaks etc

    Evening all! So another rest day today unfortunately had to cancel clients to allow myself to recover. Feeling much better this afternoon managed to keep fluids and food down which has made a huge difference to how I feel. Spent majority of the day napping/ chilling trying to recover asap. I hate taking time off the gym and work. Feel like it’s wasted time/ days. As soon as I started feeling better this afternoon I finished my client check ins and new training plans and edited a reel for insta. Trying to make up for the last 2 days haha x

    Hey guys just updating for yesterday. It was a complete write off I’ve got some sort of bug I couldn’t keep any food or liquid down at all so I rested as that’s all I could physically do. Going into today I still feel the same I’m hoping I pick up by the afternoon x
