    I agree better photos would give a better perspective but however you do look lean so I would head into a growing phase

    It’s probably a combination of thyroid meds, deficit and why you’re taking. I don’t think it can be prevented tbh. Some people are just more prone to it than others

    Hey guys! Busy day with clients which I’m super grateful for. But just as I finished my last client for the day I got an awful headache and sore throat just come out of nowhere then this evening I feel super ill so I’ve not trained I’ve rested and I’m having an early night in the hopes I feel better tomorrow x

    What’s been your drs/ surgeons opinion? Personally I’ve been offered metal work in the past and I’ve always avoided just a personal thing it’s meant more rehab but less long term issues for me.

    Food will last all day, if it’s warm I would take ice packs otherwise your food will be fine. Prep night before keep in fridge over night and take it with you. You can change your meals like you say to something dry but I honestly don’t think you’ll have an issue

    Hey guys! Admin day, and client work followed by push had a lovely session today. Felt really really good tbh probably the best I’ve felt in a few months had a real fire burning in me in the gym which I do feel like it’s been missing for the last 2 months.

    I honestly think this is because I’ve had a lot on my plate add In External stressors, illness and then a new business 🤣🤣 perfect mixture. But I’m finally feeling back to me. – even through not felt fully myself the last 2 months I’ve not missed a beat still trained/eaten my plan it’s just not been with the same passion but it’s back! I just think I had so much on my plate my head was elsewhere. But it’s settled now! Time to lock in x

    Without visuals it’s really hard for us to say. But personally I would say speak to your coach if you’re having doubts or have questions just ask your coach you should be able to have that relationship where you can be open with them

    In that case I agree ppl ul is probably the way to go. I’ve run this before and it went down nicely. The only reason I thought it was ChatGPT was because of the way it was written. But I guess you’re just being as in depth as you can so hats off to you!

    Put the hinge where it works for you so trial it and you can always move it

    Usually best to keep food sources the same as you know they digest well. I tend to change a little more in off season or at least have a wider range of foods but on prep it’s very much my staples and I keep it the same
