The amount of sleep we need is pretty personal dependant I sleep for a good 7-8 hours any less I’m shattered and dysfunctional haha! Anymore I’m even worse 😅 as long as you feel good in yourself and you’re training well and progressing I wouldn’t worry too much. Extra sleep is more beneficial as long as you’re not sleeping too much

Hey guys! Another good day in the clinic, busy day stupidly decided to train after 3 clients back to back I definitely learnt my lesson felt pretty tired going into my session haha! Ah well I remember now why I used to train first then clients 😂 early night for me super tired.

Hey all! Very good day today this morning I walked the dogs, food prepped & do some admin. I then headed to the clinic for a day of clients. Extremely happy with how many clients are booking in it’s a real moment of realisation tbh. So today I trained back inbetween clients I chopped out my time to train and really enjoyed my session. Was a pretty strong session too. Later finish in clinic today but it’s been a good one. Walked the dogs and cooked my last meal then just watched a episode of our series we’re watching with James x

Hey guys! Rest day today! Had a chilled but productive day got lots of admin bits done and caught up/ followed up bits of work. Ahead for the week. Still a few more bits to do but I already feel ahead 😅 chilled evening watching a series and walking the dogs. Looking forward to another week in the clinic x

It’s honestly whatever suits your routine and schedule. In my last prep I would go to the gym on the mornings I had a little more time and on busy mornings I would do a walk & cardio on the bike at home

Hey I agree that would be very hard to recover from being conservatively. I would just opt for SLDL once a week personally when I’ve ever tried more they struggle to progress

By rounded do you mean internally rotated? If so I would be looking at you scapula movement is it normal / same as the other side and also loosening off your pec. Aside from that I would see a physio/ sports therapist and get them to run a few tests to see if they can find out what’s going on

I would get a sports therapist to have a look it could just be tight if it’s like a pinching feeling it’s usually tightness and can be easily released. Although if it’s a deeper pain in the joint then the sports therapist/ physio should be able to test and see what’s roughly going on

Dream sleep around 30-40 mins pre bed for me some people need it a litttle sooner before bed though
