Hi! I would go see a physio and work out why you’re getting knee pain. Make sure your form is absolutely perfect and that you’re warming up properly. Make sure the machines are set up right for you before training and also soft tissue work is super important

I don’t mess around too much because it’s probably too late by that point but I just slow water down a tad an hour before stage but that’s all I make sure I’m hydrated though as if you’re not you won’t get a pump

Hey guys! Super busy but very productive Tues for me I was up at 4:30 walked Lola had breakfast started client check ins got the train to Leeds and did more check ins on the train, I then did training with regen on NMES and Shockwave 9-12.30. And then I trained push this evening I had a really good session this weeks sessions have been absolutely awesome I’m feeling back on top and super excited to get into my off season x

Hello all! Super busy day today I had client plans and check ins I then had a meeting and got my nails done then back to work this evening with client work and replies. I spent the rest of my evening walking Lola and relaxing x

Evening all!
Had a lovely day today chilled morning and then trained back at my friends new gym which opens tomorrow then come home walked Lola and relaxed this afternoon. I’ve got a busy week ahead so I’m off to bed early ? x

Personally I don’t. I keep the same intensity and volume throughout unless I’m deloading. A lot of the time strength dropping is a mental thing it shouldn’t really be dropping 3 weeks into a cut. If you’re towards the back end of a cut/ prep and recovery is suffering definitely change volume then but 3 weeks in you should be fine

Hell guys hope you’re all well! Today was leg day had an awesome leg session at muscle unit gym was lovely for a change of scenery, I then walked Lola and this evening I’ve chilled and done a little food shop x

Keep an eye on the running order and be ready but don’t pump up too early. I too like to have a pump pre workout

Hello all! So today was a rest day but it’s been a busy one with client work this morning walking Lola and then had a cuppa with my mum and went to meadowhall did a little bit of shopping and watched a film this evening I’ve just chilled and had a bath x
