    I would definitely advise getting it seen by a physio and get a proper diagnosis and rehab plan in place

    Evening guys! Had a lovely day today, client check ins this morning plus steps then a few client in the clinic with a break to have a photoshoot for the new tbjp clothing and then back to work for me till 8pm I then took Lola on a quick walk now I’m in bed reading my book before I sleep x

    I like to use papirika and tomato sauce mainly if I do have any other sauces they’re actually factored into my diet

    If you really are ill I would definitely rest 2-3 days like the guys above have said is nothing in the grand scheme of things and when you do return go to lower volume for a few sessions

    Hi all! So today was a busy but productive day I walked Lola did client work & set up 2 new clients and then trained pull I had a super good session connection was awesome and then this evening I’ve just chilled and walked Lola x

    Hi like the other have said I think overall you just needed to bring more condition

    In the next few days don’t do anything drastic and I would try an peak and do anything silly just a few carbs but don’t mess around doing too much or you will just make yourself look worse

    Good evening all! Super busy day today! Walked Lola and client work and then I trained push really good session. Strength is on the rise pretty much back to what I was pre surgery which makes me super happy! Weight is starting to balance out too and my digestive issues due to antibiotics is slowly getting better x

    Unfortunately this worries me a little like a few others have said, you’ve stated you’re a newbie but taking a serious amount of peds. Majority of the time less is better. You need to think about your future I. Bodybuilding and longevity. No matter the cost could cost you your life and nobody wants that please be careful ??

    Hi, I would advise getting to the bottom of the knee pain, get someone knowledgeable & who you trust to assess your form and see a physio to pinpoint exactly what’s going off it could be sooo many things. Weakness, form, tendonitis majority of the time it can be fixed fairly easy with some work out into it. But please don’t just ignore and ‘work round it’ as it will probably develop into a more serious injury.

    As for training in the mean time I agree with sas you can do leg press first and then high reps on the hack or swap out for another squat variation if any feel better than the hack. Make sure you warm up plenty & do mobility work. Wear neoprene knee sleeves or single ply knee sleeves to keep your knees warm. I also like to use Kwan long oil or tiger balm

    This happens to me at the back end of prep I tend to get up and crack on with my day but I tend to fast till the normal time I would eat my M1

    Nails the basics as Clare has said above! Remember everyone starts somewhere. Remain open to learning from others and don’t have a one track mindset. Accept feedback from a coach or someone knowledgeable you trust. There’s no shortcut! Do not rush play the long game ☺️

    Good evening guys! Today was lovely I had a rest day. Did some house work & client messages. Took Lola on a nice long walk stopped for coffee halfway and got absolutely soaked in the rain ? then I bathed Lola and went out for a meal with my family for my brothers 30th it was lovely to spend some time with my family it’s not often we’re all together as we all have such busy lives. But I really did enjoy and appreciate it ? early night for me busy week ahead! X

    Evening all! So today was leg day and honestly I had the best session since I come back everything felt spot on. My best friend was how from work so he also joined me and my training partner for legs which was lovely. I then went shopping for my brothers b day present and then come home walked Lola and chilled
