I do this and I like at as I feel it gets my shoulders nice and warm before pressing but if you find it takes away from your compounds it’s not a must

Hello all! So today has been pretty much an admin catch up day. It was needed though! I did client check ins and client work had a break and walked Lola then did all my admin bits and bobs and then trained back I had a really good session. Then this evening I’ve cleared out my wardrobes ? x

Hey honestly it sounds like you need a full assessment from a physio really get to the bottom of everything and rehab it correctly. If your physio has just ruled out nerve damage but not continued to help then get a new physio

Hey guys! So busy one for me today Thursdays always are! I walked Lola this morning and did client check ins then had clients in the clinic 1pm till 7pm then I took Lola on a short walk before winding down for the night x

Honestly I would assess why you’re getting pain and fix the problem over trying to mask it. I would recommend seeing a physio to get to the bottom of it.
Or if you’re on a really tight budget I would film your squat and get a few people to analyse it and make sure everything is spot on form wise and also that you body is moving how it should be and there’s no signs of weakness etc.
I would also recommend staying on top of soft tissue work

There’s lots of things like Clare has mentioned to try also taking dream sleep or halcyon will help you wind down. I personally love having a warm shower and then looking in my diary at what’s on tomorrow and I write a little list of things I need to do so it’s not running through my mind whilst I’m trying to sleep.

Evening all!
So today was a rest day I’ve had a super busy day with client check ins and client work I’ve also walked Lola x2 done some house work, had my nails done. And then went to watch a film at the pop in cinema in peak cavern it was so nice would recommend it to anyone I watched lost boys but there’s loads of other films out for Halloween x

Start off laying down it’s easier working with gravity then you can work up to standing and kneeling over

A lot of the time your structure and genetics determine this. If you push things too hard in an off season you can lose a tight waist. You can however grow lats and legs for example to create the illusion of a smaller waist. Also doing vacuums will help with control on and off stage

I’d say a smart watch or Fitbit etc is your best bet

I would say training fasted probably isn’t the best option, are you getting a full solid 7-8 hours sleep? What’s your food like? Current goal?
