Good evening all! So today was a superrrrr busy day client check ins this morning, had a catch up with my mum then trained pull and did my skills practice, I then chilled this evening after finishing off some last bits of work x

Hellooo all! So check in this morning coach wants a few more days on diet break before we start pushing for more condition. I’m feeling fresh and ready to push I’m so excited now! I just can’t wait ? today consisted of client work, push session and routine practice x

Hi all! Checked in this morning, extra carbs been added to last 2 meals whilst on my diet break. Checking in every other day now. This morning I did some work & walked Lola then trained back and finished off my new starter plans this evening and just winding down now before bed x

I agree with Clare so either lower the amount you have on a off plan meal or reduce how often you have an off plan meal
Usually in my off season I include all the foods I love so I don’t really ever fancy an off plan meal but I would have one now and again with family or friends

Heyy all! Super busy but lovely day! Food prepped & client work in the morning, walked Lola and then trained legs. I then went over to my parents house as they had a little bbq so I took my meals and had some of their salad with my meals and had a catch up and chill with the family which was lovely x

Like hilly has mentioned the amino acid spectrum is slightly lower in pork but I have had pork in my diet before for breakfast. I had bacon medallions with eggs and a bagel.
It is okay for a meal but I wouldn’t use it for all your meals

Why can you only do one meal with carbs?
On a training day I’d definitely say you needs carbs pre and post

I agree with Clare I would always go into a session wanting to progress in reps, weight or even better form no matter what phase- off season, prep or maintenance.
And in terms of negatives you don’t have to do really slow eccentrics it’s just a way of making the exercise harder but I would always aim to control the negative

Yes some people need cardio in off season, it’s good for heart health & it will help your cardiovascular fitness during your training meaning you’ll be able to train harder

Good evening all! So after yesterday’s busy day coaches orders where to rest up today so today has consisted of 0 steps. I did client work this morning food prep and then went for a coffee and chilled until routine practice. Had a really good practice tonight 2 runs through on the sprung floor for 3 on the wooden floor the focused on neatening up a few aspects of my routine. I’ve come home had my last meal now just having some down time for an hour before bed x
