Like everyone have mentioned can be a lot of things, execution, orals, carbs, mobility, tightness start by fixing execution then look into other things and hopefully you resolve the issue

Hello all! So today was a busy one yet again! Routine practice this morning, client check ins and then clients in the clinic from 12-6pm then this evening I’ve chilled out and rested as my steps were super high today!! I’m currently on a diet break for the next few days I’ll add my new diet below?? (had an extra 100g cor and 20g dark choc on my last meal just because of how busy my day has been)

Completely comes down to how much carbs you are having but more than likely spread across meals

Good evening all! So busy one today! Client check ins this am, food prep and check in myself. Started diet break from today at 5.5 weeks out legs are looking inflamed and tired due to my output so steps have been lowered and food increased for a few days. Excited to see how my body responds. Today’s pull session was awesome. The extra carbs are making me feel hungry though haha! This evening I’ve just chilled had a bath and just got in bed x

Like everyone has said you need to manage it make sure they’re on a good amount of food and foods they enjoy then they’re more likely to stick to plan
Unless you’ve gained excessive amounts I don’t think you’d need to go back into a cut a few days back on plan with plenty of water it should be fine

Hello all! Busy day again today, client work this morning and running a few errands. Walked Lola and then trained push. I then did routine practice too ? both sessions were really good ??? and I’ve just got into bed and winding down now x

I don’t see an issue with them as added support/ preventative but if you have an injury I wouldn’t rely on them for that

I wouldn’t personally just wait! I would go seal treatment straight away go see a physio/ sports therapist work out what the problem is and get it fixed ASAP leaving it could cause more issues training could make it worse it’s just not worth the risk in my eyes when you could get it seen to immediately. Then adjust training around once you know what the problem is

Hey all! So today’s was a busy one, routine practice in the morning walked Lola did a little bit of work and then trained back! I had a really good session. Then this evening I’ve finished a little more work got the last of my steps in then chilled and just reading my book before bed x

I know you said you’re hydrated and Intaking enough salt but you may actually need more, I’d try increasing the amount you have I have 12g pink Himalayan salt and 3g iodised salt a day spread across all my meals and usually drink between 5-6L sometimes more I’ve I’m sweating a lot depending on how active my day is
