    Hey guys so checked in this morning, nice little drop down to 62.8kg 20mcg clen added in and a food drop today I’ll add my new food plan below.

    Session today was good but definitely felt hard a, because of the heat and b, the food drop I was hungryyyyy which is good time to step it up a little and really start coming in now ??‍♀️ x

    Hello all so usual busy day for me client check ins and walked Lola, I then trained push and did some posing! Check in tomorrow and clen is added in from tomorrow am to 20mg x

    Busy one today, walked Lola, client check ins + plan amendments then clients in the clinic this evening then shower last meal and bed x

    Hello all! So really nice day today walked Lola & checked in no changes just added 20mcg clen. I trained back today really good session added 2 different exercises to the list for this session, I’ll attach my session below this evening I’ve walked Lola and watched a film x

    Hello all just updating for yesterday I usually post on an evening but my phone decided to not open any apps ? I’ve had to delete all my apps re download for them to all work

    But yesterday was a super good leg session hit 5pps on hack for 8 very happy with this. Yesterday evening I walked Lola and chilled. Had a bath on the evening and an early night x

    If you need the cals milk if not water. I always use water but I know a lot of people use almond milk

    Hello all! Little bit of a recovery day for me, caught up on client work, walked Lola x2 for my steps did some cleaning round the house had a bath and chilled this evening also squeezed in a little nap x

    I agree with Meg and Clare could be fatigued also could be intolerance. Take some rest and start a process of elimination

    Evening all!

    So today I was supposed to be in clinic with client I felt very fatigued after a bad nights sleep so decided to reschedule my clients to allow myself to rest I’ve only just come off the back of a deload so I don’t want to be needing one again. I am starting to lower my physio clients now and work less hours just so that I have more time to recover. Today was spent food prepping, walking Lola catching up on client work, and had a bath and relaxed in the evening x

    I definitely think you’re not too far off a little more time to grow and better condition and you’ll look awesome. Find a good coach and work with them through an off season and into a prep will put you in a much better position
