    Hellloooo! Busy busy day, client check ins and new starter plans being set up. I then walked Lola and did routine practice/ filmed YouTube really good day. Super excited for leg day tomorrow ? x

    Hey all! So today was a rest day for me! But had a very busy day, client check ins and walked Lola in the am I then had clients in the clinic 11-7pm this evening I walked Lola again and then did some client work and chilled out x

    Hi Caitlin, agree with jack here I always have shoulder press in before my incline press movements ?? and as for the nautilus or prime. If you haven’t yet tried the prime try it and make sure you really feel and fit the movement well as it’s a very different position and movement to other presses. But like rich has said don’t over think pop one in and you can always sub once that machine is exhausted

    Talked to my doc this morning and cartilage transplant applies only if a small part (coin size) of cartilage is damaged. So no go in my case. What bothers me is that we can fly people to the moon or can control nuclear fusion for a few micro seconds but we cannot replace a piece of cartilage.

    You can definitely get this private though if it’s something that is doable for you financially

    Hey all so superrr busy one today! Walked Lola & client check ins went to Leeds for routine practice & filming then trained pull – deload session and then did posing and finished some client work this evening. Also uploaded my YouTube vlog and then just got settled for bed now ? busy but very productive day!

    Deload sessions this week after abit of a shit show with yesterday’s session, haha but definitely needed I felt it coming.

    On a plus note my routine for the Arnold’s is officially finished!!! ??? now to neaten and polish and perfect ? x

    So I agree with Bryan on this bpc and tb won’t actually do anything for osteoarthritis unfortunately! Like rich had mentioned ostinil injection is or option you could also look into prp therapy there’s been extremely good results around prp and osteoarthritis ?

    Hello!! So checked in this am weight was up slightly to 64kg but looking muchhh fuller so supps have definitely kicked in now ? we have a food drop which I’m actually super happy about I’m ready to push harder now. I’ll add my diet on another post for you all. Today I had client check ins this am and then walked Lola and also set up 2 new clients.
    Then spent the evening In the clinic with clients and just got into bed going to read my book before I sleep x
