Hello all very busy day today! I checked in the morning all is good ? no changes needed weight dropped back down to 63.8.
So today I filmed for YouTube whilst I visited my friends new gym which was Tatham powerhouse had a really good session was lovely to see Sam and jack and their new gym ? had a really good session. Then this evening I walked Lola and watched a film before bed x

Hello all so today was my gymnastics routine practice today so I spent this morning doing client check ins, walked Lola and did some jobs around the house. I then did my routine practice I had a really good session even though I’ve got major doms in my back haha. But I think the stretching has definitely helped. I’m in bed early ready for a busy day tomorrow x

Hello all! So today was a rest day for me and a usual Thursday client check ins and then a full day in the clinic. Very busy clinic today just getting into bed and reading for half hour before I sleep x

Always good to rotate, I do mine intra on the top of my quad and rotate to each side daily

Forgot to add about my check in so checked in this Am weight was up 64.3 but we have introduced GH & Anavar which are due to kick in anytime now and my weight usually does spike a little with anavar so this is normal for me. Coach is happy so we continue as we are ??

Busy one again today! So today was pull day I had a really good session with my training partner but sldl have stalled now so they have been swapped out for Snatch grip RDLs it’s been around 10 months since I’ve done an RDL so I’m looking forward to it being back in rotation ?? today I also did client check ins and set up 2 new clients & I walked Lola ? busy day tomorrow so I’m tucked up in bed now ready to sleep x

I have a physio booked yes. My work place have also referred me to physio through them.
It looks and feels as if it could be patella tendinitis. The pain is just below the knee cap, it’s swollen and feels like it has a bit of fluid build up so could possibly be bursitis as well.
Pain is at the worst when I bend my leg either flexing my hamstrings or going down into a squat position.
If it is patella tendinitis then it’s definitely manageable and you’ll 100% be able to train round it but adjusting a few movements, look into shockwave therapy for it if you do have Patella tendinitis ?

There’s lots you can do here you can still press using cuffs above the elbow on cables and flys too. But definitely get some physio treatment too to help with healing process look into peptides also
