Yes I have grass fed butter in my diet a few of my clients do also it’s a good way of increasing cals when food is high

Hello all! So today as usual a busy Monday. Monday’s are now my set rest day but today I had client check ins in the morning, then walked Lola and then an evening in the clinic 1-8pm for physio. Then walked Lola again before winding down for bed x

What’s your current workout split?
Hi, so this has just been changed I’m currently training set days just due to me having to do gymnastics practice and making sure I recover:
Mon- rest
Tues- push
Wed- pull
Thurs -rest
Fri- full routine practice
Sat- legs

I only really use mine to track steps & a rough idea of sleep. I have the Fitbit versa, but a lot of people I know have the oura ring which is awesome.

Hello all! So today was back day for me! Had a really good strong session progressed or matched most numbers from previous sessions. Posted a little video update if you check my insta ? this evening I’ve walked Lola and soaked in the bath much needed as leg doms are well and truly setting in.
It’s 6 weeks today till I start prep. We have pushed this back by 2 weeks from what we originally said just because I’m starting prep at 16 weeks out because We’ve noticed I look better when I come down in a shorter prep than a longer prep as I was ready from around 3-4 weeks out and then I just flattened off after that X

I would stick to keeping presses imo
Like a few others have said side raises are great for medial delt for front and rear you need other movements. Especially to creat the full round delt cap with will certainly need presses

Hello! Hope you’ve all had a lovely Friday! Today was my final deload day so back to it tomorrow and I can’t wait! I feel fresh and well rested and check in from this morning I looked much fuller weight was up but in a good way I’m now 67.1 kg heaviest I’ve ever been still holding condition nicely and still plenty of room to push over the next 6 weeks which is exciting!

Honestly don’t worry tan covers a lot, once you’ve prepped your skin for tan and had your tan it’ll be completely fine
