Hello all! So today was my second day of my 3 days off feeling much fresher. Today I had a full day in the clinic 10am -8pm busy but was lovely to be back! Just had a soak in the bath and my last meal so it’s bed time for me x

Helloooo! Today was a rest day for me I’ve got a little deload just to freshen up for 2 more days. So today has been spent doing client work and walking Lola. Just had a soak in the bath and I’ll be in bed shortly, early night for me x

We’ve filled up early as I feel it’s the less risky thing to do in peak week. We’re now happy with fullness, so the next process is to dry out which is simple. Trying to gain fullness and dry out at the same time is always a recipe for disaster and didn’t work for me on my last prep, so we threw 700 carb in yesterday. And 500 went in today, depending on the morning look will decide what we do from here. Likely one more day at 500 carb then pulldown slightly.Looking awesome ??

Hello all! Hope everyone in England is enjoying the re opening of gyms. There’s definitely a new energy in people which is lovely to see. So today I did client check ins in the am and then trained legs with Jade and filmed with jay for the site so that will be up for you all very soon ☺️ the leg session was awesome ? this evening I’ve walked Lola and chilled early night for me though past 2 days have wiped me out x

Hey Will, so Rich is completely right in terms of positioning. But the reason you’re getting this pain is because You’re lacking internal rotation in the shoulder and you’re then in turn defaulting into an internally rotated position when you start the dip. This puts the pec in a shortened position and pulls on the sternum. I suggest doing some mobility work for your shoulders focusing on internal rotation ☺️

Heyy all! So busy busy day today as I expected, so I did client check ins in the morning, walked Lola food prepped trained push and filmed for YouTube, then did some gymnastics and home then walked Lola and shower and bed! Haha long day but it was lovely to see everyone in the gym x

I would always use straps for pulling movements the wrist supports/ knee &elbow sleeves when needed if my knees and elbows feel good I don’t use them. I never wear a belt either just because I don’t ever feel like I need it

Hello!! So today was my final rest day I feel so fresh and much better for resting whilst being poorly, it’s also given me so much time to sort all my clients plans out before returning to the gyms which is a positive at least! Today I spent majority of the day with my family we layed my grandma and grandads ashes today and it was a lovely day for it ?
Then this evening I walked lola( just a small walk) because I’m not meant to be stepping as much just minimal haha! And then had a little evening to myself bath face mask and chill ☺️
