Happy Saturday everyone, hope you’ve all had a good day! Another day of resting up and recovering, definitely feeling a little better today! I had a lay in this morning, did some client work and one small walk with Lola as I’m limiting steps to minimal whilst resting. Then this evening I’ve had a little pamper night had a bath face mask and put a toner on my hair. Feel like a new woman haha! X

I agree with Ryan dr dean isn’t the right type of doctor to diagnose you with this. You need to go see a gp and get blood work done

Hello all so this morning I woke with tonsillitis this is something I get when I’m a little run down today was also check in day and a rest day so kuba has ordered rest over the weekend which is probably best with me feeling pretty wiped out from tonsillitis! So today has literally consisted of 1 short walk just for Lola mainly. And then I’ve napped and done client work inbetween. Tried to be as productive as possible but my heads been pounding all day and just felt so exhausted hopefully I feel a little better after the weekend x

Dream sleep is mint! Come off your phone a good hour before bed! Do something you like that helps you wind down for example read, have a bath and don’t have stim/ caffeine after 2 pm

Are you sure ? I just found little bit odd that it’s much higher on this flavour. I chocolate it would make sense. Also total calories don’t match (if I counted correctly).[/quote]

I agree with Louis there’s still plenty you can do avoid any movements which cause pain and do what you can stopping training all together probably would make the situation worse. Like Louis has said some movements go a little lighter and increase reps

I avoid as like others have said it can cause bloat and to hold water along with digestion issues

Hello all! Happy Wednesday so today was a rest day for me and I 100% need it I’m feeling it today! I spent from 6am till 6pm doing client back to gym plans along with some check ins and plan amendments, I also took a break to walk Lola x2 this evening I’m going to have a soak in the bath and and early night ready for pull tomorrow ?? x

Hey all sorry for the late update only just realised yesterday’s log didn’t post. So yesterday I trained legs had a really strong session I’ll attach my log below I then spent the evening 2-8pm working in the clinic at kinvara private hospital then it was pretty much home bath and bed haha absolutely wiped out x

It could be bracing/ core giving in, imbalance issues and a few other things I’d go see a physio and get second opinion on your form also they may notice something you haven’t ?

Hello! So today consisted of client check ins all morning and back to gym training plan updates 2 new starters walked Lola and trained push with Alex had a really good push session! Pb of 100kg for 8 super happy it felt very smooth and strong. Then this evening I’ve walked Lola again and chilled ? x
