Hello! So today was a busy one I walked Lola this morning, and spent a few hours editing my routine music, I then trained push very strong session felt good I’ll attach my session below, I then carried on editing music and walked Lola again. I also applied for the Arnold’s today so fingers crossed ?? x

Hello! So today was a rest day and very much needed! Today I’ve done client work, walked Lola visited my mum and chilled this evening and food prepped! Super super excited the the uk Arnold’s have announced fitness pro show I’ve applied so hopefully I get an invite ?? x

Whatever you do be consistent but me personally I like to just count whole food sources. But if you’re using an app it is easier as it does this for you

Hello all! So today I did mobility work and client work in the morning, walked Lola then trained pull very strong session pbs across the board then this evening I’ve chilled and prepped food for tomorrow x

It could possibly be a one off, lots of things can affect performance, sleep stress food water so if it consistently doesn’t progress then change it up

I strongly feel like diet plan is the way forward routine structure and consistency with the same foods For a bodybuilder
If you’re just wanting to diet I don’t see why iifym clean food sources won’t be an issue

Good evening all! So today for me was a rest day definitely needed it after yesterday’s leg session!

Hey all! So today was a busy one client check ins this morning, walked Lola and then trained legs really good strong session no hip niggle or knee pain which is great! Managed to match all my numbers before my niggle so I’m happy
This evening I’ve walked Lola again, had a bath and done my stretches x

Hello Kamara, I have noticed that you have increased the training volume compared to the previous program and in many exercises you now have 3 sets, do you manage to recover from this volume? the sets continue to be failure;
Hey yes I’ve increased training volume, I recover very well. But if you look on leg days for example I have removed all spinal loading exercises due to a neck injury so I do extra sets on other movements to make up for what would be a hack/pendulum or squat. I’ve also removed hip hinges from pull for a short period this is just to help my upper back and lats catch up with my erectors/glutes and hams

A company was making attachments for a leg press that attaches to a rack which looked awesome- can’t remember who but if I come across it I will come back to you
