    Food intolerances are ver individual some will be able to get away with bits others can’t at all. I would just avoid anything that causes you issues even if it is mild symptoms

    Hello, so today I trained push I had a really really good session I will attach this below. Felt Very stong on shoulder press, few new pbs today! 
    I spent the morning doing client work and then trained earlier than usual just because I had clients in the clinic at the private hospital till 8 pm I’ve then come home walked Lola and showered and just got into bed now x

    To create more tension on the muscle, I would say this isn’t for beginners though nail the movement first with good form then get strong as before implementing bands

    You can apply to every session if you can recover from it it’s a good way like Jordan and Meg have said of implementing how to push to failure and understand

    Hello all, so today was another rest day good still a little sore but I think by Wednesday it should be good to go for legs, today consisted of the usual client check ins and plan amendments 2 new clients on board and then this evening walked Lola and had a bath x

    If your body weight drops, performance stalls and you can body comp depending then increase

    But if you’re growing and getting stronger you may not need to squeeze as much as you can out of each amount of food before increasing

    Hey all, so today I spent the morning doing a little bit of work l walked Lola and then headed to my mums to spend the evening with her which was lovely. Today was supposed to be a leg day but due to my hip/ knee pain I decided it was best to rest as my hip is still inflamed x

    Hello Kamara, I have noticed that you have increased the training volume compared to the previous program and in many exercises you now have 3 sets, do you manage to recover from this volume? the sets continue to be failure;

    Hey yes I’ve increased training volume, I recover very well. But if you look on leg days for example I have removed all spinal loading exercises due to a neck injury so I do extra sets on other movements to make up for what would be a hack/pendulum or squat. I’ve also removed hip hinges from pull for a short period this is just to help my upper back and lats catch up with my erectors/glutes and hams

    All sets are still training to failure the intensity of my sessions is still just as hard if not harder

    Anytime you feel you need assistance if you have a niggle or to help keep the joint warm but these aren’t essential

    Hi all, so today was a rest day, definitely needed after a little jiggle in my hip and knee. This morning I did a little bit of client work, walked Lola and then come to my friends for the evening to catch up x

    Hi Elliot, so to start off with I would keep up with your Sports massage as this will definitely help you could also get a hockey ball into your lat to help release.

    Mobility wise I would focus on your internal and external rotation of your shoulders I would also focus on thoracic mobility & stretch your lats/ chest

    Good evening everybody hope you’ve had a lovely day so today for me I had client check ins this morning, and then walked Lola and Trained Pull I would usually train legs but I had to train legs just because I was having a physio session on my hip and knee which I have found out today I have sprained my MCL and cause a little bit of inflammation to the bursa of my hip. It’s nothing serious and already seems to be on the mend. I will attach my pull session below for you all x

    Physique looks good!!
    She has a little bit of a wellness look about her for sure

    Drugs wise this is a lot for a photoshoot, personally wouldn’t just do a cycle for a shoot. Drugs are a little excessive even for a first prep I’d say, I’d steer clear of winstrol just my personal preference.

    I’d say this is touching bf limits personally for an off season it can become unproductive if unnecessary amounts of fat are gained but this looks ok. Are you currently in an off season now?
