    Hello happy Friday hope you’ve all had a good day so today for me was a rest day it was definitely needed as I’m feeling extremely fatigued after yesterday’s session I do feel much better after resting today. today has been quite a busy day I started with client check ins and client work this morning I then walked Lola I’m Bathed her. And caught up on some housework. This evening I watched a little bit of my Netflix series and had a bath x

    I would start by learning from other coaches, maybe get a coach yourself, watch the educational videos on here & self learn from YouTube/ course and such also physically coaching and doing it yourself will help a lot

    Hi Kieran, what’s your actual issue? Inversion tables are okay for certain things but they only assist with pain relief as the side affects from inversion revert back to how they was before after just a few minutes but it does help with certain conditions in long term chronic pain. But more than likely you’ve be best seeing a physio or sports therapist and actually treating the cause

    Hello everyone so today was a super busy day I had Client check in this morning and caught up with a Little bit of housework and then Trained Pull I had a really good session I will attach my session below that you can see what I did. I’m returning home I had my post workout meal and my 5th meal I then went on a American podcast called cerebral stick up.
    I’ve just had my last meal around about half an hour ago so I’m going to be another half an hour and then I’ll be getting into bed tomorrow is a rest day so I’ll have a little bit of a lay in and then I will be doing lots of client work and catching up with a friend in the evening x

    I agree with Haider, wouldn’t use it a lot personally but occasionally to get a good nights sleep when I was struggling on prep it did help, I would have some after my last meal so I knew that was all my meals gone and I would go to bed pretty much straight away so I was asleep if any hunger was to set in. I never did it close to show though I stayed clear of it from around 6 weeks out just to be sure it didn’t have any affect on anything

    Hello all hope you’ve had a lovely day so today for me I woke up walked the dog and then did client Checkins and client work along with a little bit of coursework I finished around about 4 o’clock walk the dog again food prepped for the next three days and then this evening I’ve just chilled had a bath and relaxed today was supposed to be a training day and I had to take as a rest day just due to my back being a little bit sore from massaging for 6 hours in the clinic yesterday so we decided today would be better to rest and train tomorrow tomorrow x

    Hey a lot of people do this very differently but for me I like to track my protein from direct sources and not from inDirect sources I also do track veg as long as you’re being consistent with what you’re doing there is no issue at all

    Hello also today was a rest day I walked the dog this morning did some plain chickens and then headed to the clinic I worked 2 pm till 8 pm in the private hospital come home ate my last meal had a shower and then I’m just getting into bed now all in all really busy day excited to be back training pull tomorrow x
