    Thanks Kamara. I have same problem couple years a go with other Shoulder and had 10 appointment physio(nhs), but that not help. Use pbc157 8weeks and problem gone. Just thinking about cure coming, becouse have problem with lower back to.

    Maybe see a private physio, no disrespect to nhs physios but they’re taught hands off treatment where as private will be more hands on treatment and might actually get to the root of the problem.. just a thought ☺️

    Hey guys so today I had a little lay in, walked did some bits of house work that needed doing and then popped to Starbucks for I do some work from there I also picked up some scales from town as mine broke ?

    This evening I’ve just chilled out relaxing and enjoying the extra time to myself till I go back to work x

    If I’m feeling a little run down I just go for 1 top set and if cns is battered I run a deload but make sure if there’s a reason your cns is down that you try to resolve this a issue or it’ll keep happening

    Hey guys! Hope you’ve all had a lovely Saturday- shame the weather has been pants!

    Today consisted of training legs- had a really good session despite not feeling 100% with tonsillitis but I felt well enough to do 1 top set which is what my training is for now.

    I then nipped into town to get my brother and my nieces birthday presents and a new pan.. seem to be flying through pans at the minute honestly a new one every month tried all sorts from expensive to not so expensive doesn’t seem to make a difference for me. Then I walked Lola and chilled this evening ☺️

    Would be nice to see you down at Rotherham! Definitely agree you need to be around like minded people! I’ve progressed so much mentally and physically since training at Ultraflex over a commercial gym. Once you are around like minded people pushing and striving to be better you move along with them! Any questions at all ask away on any of our logs ?

    What exactly is your issue with your tendons/ ligaments as usually there’s always something you can be doing to help even if it’s along side prolotherapy

    Hey all! Happy Friday!

    So today consisted off client check ins in the am super happy with how all my clients are getting so motivating for me as a coach watching them progress mentally and physically! – I altered and updated plans and gave form feedback to all my clients!

    Then food prepped and went on a rapt walk with Jamie and chilled today I’m a little run down with tonsillitis so took a nice rest day! Had a meal out with Jamie this evening which was lovely to wind down and chill out together ? xx

    Hey Marcin are you drinking an intra workout this could probably help with energy levels during

    Do you feel like you need a deload? If so just drop to 1 top set no forced reps and no failure for a week then return back to normal there’s no need to change your split
