    Yes of course I usually use the 50% less fat cheese so I get a little more

    But yes sure why not as long as it doesn’t cause any issues I have it myself and a few of my clients so too

    Hello hope you’ve all had a good weekend!

    Today as been chill it’s been nice to have some time to myself, so I walked Lola, watched some of my series, caught up with bits of client work, trained legs which was a very good session and then I chilled this evening had a bath and FaceTimed my friend for a catch up x

    I agree with all of the above asses your training if you need more rest and then adjust your diet to assist in your recovery and output

    Like Clare has said ignore the watch work out your maintenance and then add from there check in with yourself weight and pictures then assess how training is and how good is then increase/ decrease when needed

    Happy Saturday! Hope you’ve all had a good one.

    Today I had a little lay in as I went to bed slightly later than normal, I walked Lola and then did some house work and then trained push really good session! Super happy with the way things are going! We are going to make slight adjustments to my training very soon so I will update once we’ve adjusted training x

    Hey all! So today was a rest day usual rest day for me including food prep, walking Lola and I went on the hoop for an hour, set up my new phone and did some client work. I then had a bath and relaxed and watched a series this evening x

    Hey!

    So last night I had a little flare up of my radiculopathy so had a crappy nights sleep so I had a nap pre training which helped despite a little nerve pain I had a super good session hit 140kg sldl for 6 I wanted 8 so I’ll come back for me I’ve attached my session below! Today I also walked Lola and caught up with client work x

    Treat it like you would if you was going to the gym, still have a pre, put some music on write out your training and smash the session really get yourself in the zone

    Plenty of equipment there to progress just need to be creative and go hard depending on recovery capabilities I’d go for ppl or U/L

    Hello all!

    So today was a rest day which consisted of client check ins this morning, my morning walk with Lola. I did aerial up for around 2 hours went on another walk then had a bath and watched a film this evening! I also had my off plan meal tonight had a homemade burger and chips- I’m currently having my off plan meal before every pull session. X
