Depends on what you can recover from you could run a ppl but if recovery isn’t as great then go for an upper lower

Hello! So first so first day back into training today woo!
I walked Lola earlier than normal this morning as I knew I had a mega busy day, I then got home and got ready to train. I trained push had a really good session no pbs as I’m just easing myself back in post deload but felt mint to be back in training. I then headed over the the new clinic in Rotherham where I will be working from now on which is very posh ? and had clients 2pm -8pm come home walked Lola again and then had my last meal and a shower just settling into bed now ? x

So final rest day today! Can’t wait to be back training but the body definitely needed the extra rest I feel recharged and ready to go!
Busy day today I had client check ins walked Lola and went on the hoop for a little bit then did a food shop and food prepped! X

It could be a number of things but definitely worth seeing a physio or sports therapist just to rule out a few things

Heyy all, hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend!
So today was my 3rd rest day, 1 more to go then I’m off my deload. Definitely needed this rest my body’s looking much more rested now and I feel much less fatigued. Today has been spent doing admin and catching up on bits of work, I also walked lola x2 x

Hello all so second day of deload complete rest I had a nice lay in walked Lola x2 then spend the day doing house work and a little bit of client work. I’ve come to my friends for my off plan meal and to chill for the evening x

Hey! It’s a tough time for most tbh.. but you have to keep yourself busy, start new hobbies stay in contact with friends and family. Keep active plenty of walks and don’t let one off day rule your week

Sooo today’s check in weighed in at 62.3kg heaviest this off season yet and probably best condition I’ve held at this weight
Food, digestion and strength are all great! Recovery is struggling a little on my lower body we’re just hitting a 4 days complete rest to reset and then go again. Rack pulls have stalled and been swapped out for db RDLs which I absolutely love!! Just going to see how recovery after my complete rest and then gauge it from there.
Usual day today client check ins walk Lola x2 then I cleaned and tided the whole house and chilled this evening ☺️ x

So today was a rest day definitely needed it felt absolutely battered today, had quite abit of down time which was definitely needed ready for a busy week! I did client check ins, walked Lola and then had a bath and relaxed this evening

Neat is just daily activity- I wouldn’t class it as ‘cardio’ as such it’s just your daily activity. But both are effective at increasing your output just depends how you’re recovering for example I recover much better from steps then cardio but some people need cardio even in an off season. So it just depends what you’re doing it for.

So today was client check in day, I then walked Lola and headed to Jade’s to train legs which we filmed so that should be up on the site very soon ☺️ so keep an eye out! Really good session slightly different from normals due to equipment we did
Cable pull throughs, lying ham curl, leg press, leg extension, split squat and single leg ham & finished on calf’s jade did hack too but I’m still avoiding spinal loading for now so I did an extra set on leg press and extensionsJust had a soak in the bath and chilling this evening catching up with client work x
