So a few things I wouldn’t advise taking mk677 thats just my personal opinion.
But as for everything else.. does her calories need to be higher? What’s her body composition like? Is she recovering from training?

Like Clare said it’s hard to advise either way but if you feel you need time off then you probably do! There’s no point fighting your body, give it rest and ease yourself back into it

So today back to normal routine walked the dog breakfast client check ins then trained legs had a really good session I’ll attach my session below! I then walked Lola again and had a soak in the bath whilst watching a YouTube!
Super busy day tomorrow so having an early night tonight ☺️ x

Hello all to today ended up being another rest day just because I wasn’t feeling very well- still have a mega productive day walking Lola twice and rearranging my too. So and active rest day and then this evening I’d food prepped and chilled out x

I’d advise going to see a physio get an mri to make sure it is a herniated disc and then the physio will make a rehab program tailored to you, it’s very person dependant so you’d be best getting advise that’s right for you

Hi happy Saturday everyone!
So today was another rest day feeling much more rested today and ready to go for my pull session tomorrow now ? keeping an eye on recovery of my Lower half making sure it’s on point.
Today I caught up on house work and did some cleaning, spent an hour doing some aerial hoop practice and then this evening I’ve had a bath and chilled x

Regular sports massage – weekly
I have a soak in the bath/ jacuzzi once a week
Stretch mobility daily
Use massage gun when needed inbetween massagesI also take cure coming and join in daily

Keep cardio away from training & in my opinion do it if you need it if you don’t then don’t
Stay active outside of the gym it might be enough to keep you ticking over

Hello all! Happy Friday hope you’ve all had a mint day!
So today I woke up feeling pretty battered it was supposed to be leg day but my legs haven’t recovered so I took a forced rest day, today I also did my client check ins, walked Lola x2 had an aerial rig built in my garden I’ll put pics below then spent around 2-3 hours playing on it haha then this evening I’ve chilled out had a bath and just got into bed x

Go and see a physio or sports therapist, there’s a couple of things it could be but can’t diagnose without seeing in person and testing

Don’t overthink it do something you enjoy and aslong as you’re raising your heart rate getting out of breath and sweating it’ll be doing the job ?

Hellooo so busy one today, morning walk with Lola emptied my bedroom as I was having my dad over to rearrange my room and build my wardrobes for me so spent all morning doing that. Then I trained upper it was a really good session enjoyed it I’ll attach the session below then I come home to a few deliveries which I’ll do a post about tomorrow and then this evening I’ve caught up with client work, walked Lola then had some down time as I’ve been soooo busy this week x

You need fat for your body to function you may have to go low if you’re on prep otherwise I’d avoid going low
