Hellooo all!
So today was a rest day and it’s been a mega busy one! This morning I walked Lola and then Food prepped.
I had 8 clients in the clinic today which took up the majority of my day!This evening I went to the Yorkshire wildlife park for a walk round the winter illuminations it was lovely to see all the lights and sculptures! And to do something different ☺️ x

Hey all! So busy busy day today I was up at 5.30 walked Lola, client check ins till 11 then 2 clients in the clinic then trained legs and then returned home finished 2 new start up client plans and altered some plans from the check ins in the morning.
Today was check in day for me 61kg so slightly up – kuba wanted to run a deload before I go back on var next tues so we’re just running deload for a week now get my body fresh for the next phase I’ll attach below my check in pics for you guys and also today’s deload leg session x

Sounds like you can’t recover from what you’re currently doing maybe change something up less intense? Extra rest day?

Nice suggestion might be useful for some but personally I love pen and paper means I can switch off from my phone during my session

Completely agree with Clare probably a training day and rest day approach will be easier to adhere to

So today consisted of am walk with Lola then I spent the majority of the day setting up new clients and then took Lola on another walk, this evening I’ve chilled had a bath and watched a film back in the gym tomorrow for push but definitely needed this rest day for sure

Definitely have to agree with kuba if they’re not 100% sure they know what they’re doing they’re probably best coaching lifestyle clients instead

Change the exercise, but keep an eye on the shoulder pain if you notice it interfering with anything else like rich said add in some mobility

Let your heart rate come down and finish your intra drink earlier in the session if you’re still not hungry increase your intra drink

Hello! All! Hope you’ve all had a lovely Boxing Day
Today was back to normal in terms of food and routine I also trained pull, had a really good session there was a lovely vibe in the gym and was lovely to see some faces and catch up with people ☺️
This evening I’ve walked Lola again and chilled just about to watch a film.

I don’t train them personally directly, I do train abs though but due to my gymnastics training I already do a lot of core work anyway
But tbh I don’t see the point in directly training obliques ??♀️
