Hey asrar, hope you’ve had a lovely Christmas!
We have the full works turkey pigs in blankets, stuffing, parsnips, roast potatoes, and all the veg and gravy! Traditional but I love it! And of course a prawn cocktail starter ☺️

Today was such a lovely day for me after not seeing some family for nearly a year it’s been love to be around them all day!
So this morning I went to my brothers for breakfast and to watch Freya my niece open her birthday presents then come home to my parents house had Christmas dinner we’ve watched a few films and played Christmas games chilled and chatted it’s been lovely couldn’t of asked for anything more after this crazy year!! Feeling very blessed xx

Hello everyone so today was a pretty chilled day! Walked Lola and then did all the jobs I needed to round the house and then headed over to my mums and dads for the evening and we’re just playing cards against humanity now!

I agree with Claire cable laterals are something that progress slowly I think within a year I’ve probably gone from 14kg to 23kg that’s just two pin drops so not much for the amount of time I’ve been doing them

I’m definitely not a fan of these types of hacks I don’t feel secure enough to load them up I also dislike the positioning of these hacks just a complete no no for me

Today I walked Lola and did client check ins the final ones before Christmas I then headed to the gym trained push had a really good session considering my current injury it was actually a pain free session just a little niggle towards the end of the session but that’s an improvement for sure
I’ll attach my session below

I can’t imagine they work unfortunately, but I’ve never heard of them either..

Hey all!
So busy day today client check ins 6-10:45 am then I had my bloods done at 11 & picked up my medication for my radiculopathy
Managed to train legs today pain wasn’t so bad till afterwards feel pretty uncomfortable now but due some more pain killers soon anyway!
I’m never fully pain free at the minute but life goes on I’m doing the best I can in the gym just altering any spinal loading exercises so today’s session consisted of
Seated ham curl
Adductor
Leg extension x3
Leg press banded x3
Lying ham curl
Glute bridgeIt was a very good session still very strong despite the ongoing injury.

Hey it can take time to come back for sure. I think with myself which is obviously very different to you it did take me a good 4-6 weeks to be back to normal

I would like to keep food as high as possible so I would increase neat and if needed cardio

Hey! Yes it’s a tough time for many people but you will find away- get hold of equipment you can, train in a friends garage or maybe you know a gym that would let you in.
It is tough but go down every avenue you can ?

Today’s update- so today I had a little lay in as sleep was very bad last night due to the pains in my arms I’ve got my bloods again tomorrow and more meds prescribed hoping to get an mri booked also ?? so we can get to the bottom of this.
Not much to say about today tbh I’ve just rested up walked Lola and chilled tried not to do too much I had to take the day off work as the sensations in my arms come and go but the pain is bad. X
