Hey guys! So first day in London had a little lay in this morning and my usual morning walk then did my client check ins and client application forms. Then spent the day chilling as today was a rest day! Super excited to train at kings tomorrow and watching the Olympia finals tonight if I can stay up ? x

I’m with Clare I use the same scale and I do have to replace batteries regular as it’s used daily

I include veg usually only a small amount compared to prep but I keep it the same throughout off season and I probably eat a little more veg on rest days when foods a little lower

Hellooo!! So today’s been a busy but good day!
This morning I worked had clients in the clinic I then trained pull had a really good session all lifts are progressing. I then went home and grabbed my things for the weekend and got the train to London, just spending the weekend down here to chill and train ?
Checked in this am weight is down by nearly a kg so good has been upped I look leaner and fuller so good goes up! I’ll add my new diet below ? x

Heyy all
Sorry not much to say about today..
So today was an extra rest day just because it was my grandads funeral so took the day to spend with my family! It was a lovely ceremony and we gave him a good send off. Then spent the afternoon with my family and had a meal together x

You should be able to adjust the pads in then move them out once you’re sat in it – most machines allow this

So today was client check in day very busy day for me and also set up 3 new clients – I then walked Lola did a little shop in town for a few bits for Xmas then come home cooked and prepped food and had a bath and a chill this evening. Rest day for me so today’s literally just been work and chill ☺️ x
