Hello guys!
So today’s been a mega busy one been on the go since 5am just got into bed now so today consisted of – new client plans, mobility plans, 6 clients in the clinic and then after training I also did more clients plans.
Trained pull today had a really really good session despite my current on going injury! I had a consultation call with a doctor today and got my mri booked for 2 weeks time hoping this is a good step forward to fixing my problem! I’ll attach below my training session from today.
All in all super busy but very productive day ?

when I have potatoes on plan I use Maris piper and I part boil them then pop in the air fryer and cook slowly

Hellooo all.. hope you’ve all had a fab Tuesday!
Today has been a day of complete rest for me had a super busy morning with client check ins, form feedback, mobility plans and so on.
I then prepped my meals for the next few days, walked Lola x2 and then this evening I’ve chilled..having to be careful with recovery and making sure I don’t over do it working round my radiculopathy, which I will be getting treatment for soon hopefully its just hard to get anything done as its not considered urgent to the ohs so Im in the process of going private as this will be a quicker route for me.
this evening I had a bath and watched elf – one of the best Christmas films imo!!
tomorrow is a super busy day so I’m off to sleep! night all x

Like Clare has mentioned start low and then you can build up from there, maybe implement this on rest days then increase as needed – when you increase and then do cardio on training days keep cardio as far away from training as possible I like to do cardio in the morning when I’m doing cardio like first thing

Hellooo all!!
So today I was up at 5am as usual dog walked, food prepped, client check ins then clients in the clinic 9.30 -12.30 then filmed a leg session with my lovely friend Phoebe for my new YouTube which I will be starting, then I had 2 more clients, then caught up on some work since getting home! Soo mega busy day!
Today’s legs session has zapped my energy it was so good but I’m knackered now! Bed time for me ? x

I’d explain to him that you need to do what works for you and if he wants to train how he likes that’s fine but you train differently so you’re going to split your ways.. he might be your best friend but sometimes it doesn’t always work you need to either train with someone who trains very similar or train alone 100% put yourself and you’re goals first if you’re serious about bodybuilding you need to be selfish

Evening ☺️
So today has flown by – pretty standard Sunday did my morning steps and walked Lola, trained push had a really good session I will attach below my log book then I also did some mobility work and gymnastics conditioning ☺️ this evening I had a work call and then I’ve chilled/ caught up with family- bed time now for me as I have a super busy day tomorrow

I usually say to them to either do my plan or we do what we have in our plans that’s similar then split our ways to do our other different exercises.. only on the odd occasion in an off season will I change my plan on a one off very rare for me

Hey all!
Today for me was a rest day it consisted of walking Lola, catching up with clients, a little bit of admin work then I went on a motorbike ride to Derbyshire had a little walk then come back then this evening I’ve had a soak in the bath and chilled feel recharged and ready to go for push tomorrow x

I would keep just 1 working set usually around 8-10 reps and stop 2-3 reps from failure
