There’s no need to weigh yourself daily the increase could be down to shifts and could be water food etc so don’t stress about that like Rhea said stick to 2x a week on days you know you can be consistent and you’re not up so early or eating late

Hey guys! So had a pretty good day, went for a walk this am with Lola, food prepped and then did all my online client check ins and set up 2 new clients, then trained legs just 1 set on each exercise to ease my self back in post show, then chilled this evening ☺️ x

Yes id do a deload, lower volume training no going to failure for a few days a reasses how you feel also if you’re dieting & not on prep maybe increase cals to maintenance to help

No I’d just focus on lats and do separate exercises for upper back especially doing isolation you want to target the muscle you’re isolating

I’d have different calories for training and rest day as your expenditure is much less

Hi guys so today was a busy day, we packed up and left Alicante this morning and headed home, food shopped and then food prepped back on plan ☺️ nice to be home and see my puppy missed her loads!!
Training legs tomorrow, excited to be back training lower volume for now but soon be back to full speed ? x

Unfortunately no, I have the opposite- bowed legs and for me other than having surgery there’s no fix so I’m guessing it’s probably the same for yourself but maybe speak to your doctor

If you need the plate to heal the humerus properly then you need it, I’d speak to tour surgeon and find out recovery times but stick to what they say as it could affect healing otherwise

Hey Callum there’s other ways round fixing a shoulder impingement than bpc157 ? go see a physio or a good sports therapist

Hey guys as you can imagine last night was manic I didn’t leave the venue till midnight and we headed straight to the nearest pizza shop haha and my phone was dead so I thought I’d update today when things have quieted down a little!
So wow I don’t even know what to say 4th in my first pro show I’m super proud of the package I brought to stage and I know what I want to work on! Straight into an off season from here and working on my next routine ASAP I know I can be better and I’m going to be next time I step on stage! Thankyou so much for everyone’s support on here and Instagram it means a lot! And Thankyou to everyone that watched the live feed! I’m overwhelmed at how much support I got ❤️❤️
