    Hi all hope you’ve had a lovely Friday!!

    Today’s been a busy one checked in this am kuba is happy and we keep pushing no changes just continue as we are!

    Today consisted of walking Lola for steps, food prep, training push and posing and then my clients check ins and a few rehab programs for some clients too!

    Tomorrow is another busy day so early night for me last 2 days in the clinic this weekend then a week off for me before we fly to Alicante ? xx

    Hi all! So second day of refeed and also a rest day food went down nicely felt fuller during this am check in but weight dropped so we did a second refeed day! Energy and mood is much better lots more energy for my routine and posing today felt good! Routine practice went really well just finishing little touches to practice and a full dress rehearsal next week super excited!!

    Check in again tomorrow hopefully look better again.. I’ll attach a screenshot of this am check in ☺️ x

    You probably won’t absorb the nutrients efficiently I’d advise staying away from any TV img that bloats you it’s just generally uncomfortable and also not great for tour digestive system

    Hey guys so today upon waking I checked in I weighed in at 57.7 so big drop for me over the past few days and everything seems to be moving well.. but damn can my body feel it it’s hit me like a brick wall felt very fatigued past 2 days and routine practice today after legs was testing to say the least but I did it! I had a re feed today also which has made me feel a little sluggish but hopefully it’s done me some good and I have more energy for routine practice tomorrow

    Everything has remained the same no diet changes or supp changes ☺️ x

    I feel like if you need knee sleeves elbow sleeves use them wrist supports also if they help use them as for straps I use on every back exercise so I don’t have to focus on grip I can focus on form and feeling my back over losing grip and for arms giving out first

    Hey guys!

    Super busy rest day consisting of dog walks visited Emma Hyndman in Leeds to run through posing and do some filming, then went for a Starbucks and come home chilled before going to gymnastics..

    With posing today we changed a few poses much happier with them now so time to practice practice and nail it ?? then gymnastics was really good just going over and over my tumbles and skills to get them neat and nailed ? check in tomorrow definitely dropped I can feel it so excited to see what my check in looks like x

    Like everyone has said if your heart rate is high enough yes and be consistent with what you’re doing

    Hi all! Hope you’ve all had a lovely Monday!

    So today was check in day! Kuba is super happy with my position and condition just pushing a little more over the next few days last little bit then it’s time to chill ☺️

    Body’s definitely feeling it now but just 2 more weeks of pushing and then it’s time to chill and enjoy all the hard work I’ve put in my off season and prep ???

    Today I trained pull still managing to hit numbers and keep all my strength rdls went really well session felt good and I’m knackered now after doing 20 sec hold with Pheebs with our posing! So good for conditioning for posing ?? just had a bath and my last meal and now it’s bed time ☺️

    Busy rest day as usual tomorrow ?
