    You’d be best making sure you have time to eat or at least have a shake in the am before training and allow digestion time also

    Hey guys! So this morning I went for a massage as recovery on my legs hasn’t been great we’re managing it but having a lot more massages recently to help, then I went to Starbucks with Jamie for a pre workout coffee then trained push had a really nice session felt a little flat but that’s fine for how close we are now! Got check in with kuba tomorrow so I’ll update you all on that ☺️ x

    Hey guys! So today was rest day/ check in day and a super busy day in the clinic! Full day of clients then chilled out for the afternoon had a bath and relaxed my body definitely needed that today!

    Massage tomorrow am and then training push and posing ☺️ and an evening setting up new client plans ??

    Kuba was happy with check-in this am we keep pushing hoping these quads are going to pull through as much as my hams and glutes haha! X

    Hey guys! So today was leg day filmed a really good leg session for you guys with Meg and jade today! So exciting getting closer to show with everyone now it’s gonna be a good weekend!!

    Then I went to gymnastics with alix for some tumble practice! Absolutely shattered now! Check in the morning and a busy day with clients ☺️ can’t wait x

    Honestly stick to the plan listen to your coach and trust the process ☺️ it’s definitely prep brain we all get it but the worst thing you can do is doubt yourself and dwell on it!
    Just stick to the plan, keep your head down and work! Like Clare said we are never satisfied that’s the fun in the sport we always want to be better do just give prep your all go out there and most of all enjoy it ☺️xx

    Our nature has us inherently unhappy at times but I love this so much. I just wish I was better at the mental game side of things when coming up to a show.

    I honestly feel like that mental toughness grows with time I use to battle with my head near every show I still do now and again have one of them days but it grows with time and you will get better ☺️❤️

    Hey guys so today was check in day, kubas happy another kg drop and looking leaner quads are coming in now definitely ☺️

    Today consisted of dog walk with Lola, posing practice, routine practice then to the gym for a few clients in the clinic then gymnastics with alix for tumbling practice so a super busy day! But it’s been a good day!

    Hi guys so today was a busy one, walked Lola, food prepped trained pull and then had a few clients in the clinic then home to chill out!

    I also tried on my top today from babet for my routine outfit and it’s absolutely gorgeous I love it ???

    Today has been the first day I’ve really felt prep it’s hit me like a brick wall but I was expecting it so just dig deep for the last 3.5 weeks ☺️ x

    Definitely go see physio, sport therapist could be a number of things that could be easily fixed

    Running probably isn’t best if you’re trying to grow your legs and it’s not the best for your knees also

    Like jimmy has said do not aggravate the tendon do movements that feel good and there’s no pain also do a really good warm up and wear knee sleeves also look into some treatment like shockwave therapy ☺️

    Hi guys so today was a busy one up at 4:30am to do Jamie’s check in then back to bed for an hour then up walk Lola, check ins and the trained push with Beth and grace 2 of AJ’s clients then did some posing with them both and then I headed straight off to routine practice in the studio then home and finished my steps off. Super busy but productive day!

    Today was also check in day no changes made kuba is happy with my kg drop and I’m coming in nicely, so checking in every other day now kuba wants to keep a close eye on me ☺️

    Excited for pull tomorrow ? x

    For me I kind of fell into it I dislocated my shoulder as a junior gymnast in training and part of my rehab I started training shoulders like twice a week along with a few other exercises I enjoyed it a lot so started training properly (not just rehab) and loved it 6 months in I competed in my first show probably too early looking back but I got a bug and a love for it never looked back and still do gymnastics and bodybuilding now!

    Like Michael said you can hit full body with what you have definitely but if you can go to a gym I would probably take advantage of that as I feel they help you progress without having to do heavy compounds constantly
