    Can you give us some more information ☺️ What do you currently look like? Pictures? What’s your macros? What’s your cardio like, what are you doing for cardio? Are you doing steps/ tracking steps? What’s your sleep like? Stress levels ? there’s a lot more to it than just food and cardio ☺️

    Sorry about that. Macros are 1300 calories : 160P 57F 19C for 162cm and 53,8 kg my lowest weight. (Already lost 7 kg since the beginning of my prep in June). Not tracking my steps at all. Sleep is quite good and stress also.[/quote]

    I’ve got a spin bike which had been used at the beginning of my prep which I got off the lovely jimmy Tonk ☺️ but as I’m currently not doing any cardio it’s not been used.. but it’s spot on for cardio tbh

    Forgot to add today was check in day also – so we’ve kept everything the same apart from added 2.5 thousand steps onto my current 12,000 but I only do these steps on rest days or days that I don’t actually do gymnastics so that’s probably 2-3 times a week. Kuba is happy with how I’m coming in still 5 weeks to go and things are changing daily now x

    Hi guys! So today me meg and jade filmed legs for you which was a really good session and it was lovely to train with the girls as were all so busy and training at different times at the minute so we did a full update for you guys on where we are at 5 weeks out

    I then had gymnastics/ skills practice on the evening with alix and inbetween training and gymnastics I did my client check ins and set on board 2 new clients ?? tomorrow is rest day and routine full run through so super excited for that x

    Hi all! So today was a rest day.. little bit of an admin day too so after a super busy weekend felt good today to have a little lay in till 8am walked the dog, went for a massage and also tried on my bikini and routine outfit measuring with babet!! Which has me superrrr super excited as babet is amazing at what she does!!

    Then did a little food shop mainly just veg and then went to the cinema so been a busy but lovely day! Excited to film tomorrow with the girls a leg session for you guys! X

    I agree with Jamie and Haider! Keep yourself busy or start a hobby so you have something to be busy with and you won’t think about food as much

    Hi so what’s busy weekend I’ve had!! Another 4 clients this am and trained push, did some posing and then food shopped and chilled this evening.

    Spoke to kuba today about my leg recovery we’ve halved steps on the days I’m working in the clinic as it’s physically tiring and I don’t move a lot so it’s doesn’t track steps.

    Rest day tomorrow got a few bits to do so another busy day x

    What do you mean by thoughts? It’s a good place to start with fat burners rather than jumping in with clen for example.

    Hey all super busy day I had 2 clients this am before the team kuba meet then joined in the posing seminar run by Meg and Rhea which was lovely!! Then trained push with phoebe and alix had a really good session felt super strong! And bed time now for me been a long day x

    Hi guys!

    So yesterday the app wouldn’t let me post so I’ll update on yesterday and today!! So yesterday was leg day had a busy day with clients and then went gymnastics after legs and then today was check in day.. kuba is happy with my position we’ve increased clen but the rest remains the same ☺️ and we keep pushing.. we are going to lower volume on legs on certain exercise as my legs aren’t recovering properly! Today was spent doing client check ins.. routine practice and dog walks plus lotsssss of admin but it’s all done now I can enjoy the weekend with a busy clinic and the team kuba meet! X

    Definitely not wasted no, I’d say single ham curls, single leg press and single leg extensions could all be a good shout..
