So today a usual rest day consisted of cardio, food shop, dog walk, food prep and I edited Jamie posing routine song too!
Looking forward to push and routine practice tomorrow my last deload session then I’m back to it ? x

It could be a number of things.. but a lot of the time it can be caused by form so it could be any exercise

Hi Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the weather
Today was my second deload session so just 1 set per exercise I trained at my old gym for a change of scenery and didn’t enjoy it as much haha no vibe at all compared to ultra! I then walked the dogs, food prepped and went to the cinema for the evening with Jamie x

I’d say go with counting everything as everything is still calories and added intake

So today was a busy one had a full day in the clinic then walked the dogs to get my steps in and chilled this evening ☺️
Today because I’m on deload I haven’t done cardio just steps so one more day tomorrow on deload then I should be fresh x

If you’re seeing a good chiro they should be telling you what the issue is if they can’t then I’d be seeking a private specialist

Hi all
So today’s check In weight the same looking slightly leaner. Food and cardio remaining the same for now. Just implemented using clen half a tab for now I’m feeling fatigued so we’ve started a deload just to get me fresh again. And ready to push harder again.
Didn’t feel too happy with check in but kuba says he’s happy so it’s all good!
Today consisted of cardio, dog walks and trained pull 1 set on each exercise as I’m on deload.
Looking forward to see how my body reacts to deload!

Looking awesome! When you say “time to drop the hammer” does this mean dropping food, increasing cardio or increasing supps?
Is the end goal to compete in the Olympia? If so, do you believe you have the genetics, work ethic etc? If that is the end goal, do you have a time frame on when you’d like to complete this by or are you going to keep going and going until you reach that goal?Hi, It was meant as in food drop cardio increase meaning it’s time to push harder and get leaner ☺️
Yes my end goal is to qualify and compete at the Olympia and my next show is 9 weeks away npc european (Alicante)

Hi guys so today I worked most of the day with clients and had a busy morning with cardio, dog walking, food prep and then post training push I went to my mums to pick up her dog to look after for 2 weeks whilst they go on holiday. Feeling very drained today check in tomorrow so get to see what’s what with the coach x
