Hi guys so today was a very busy day in the clinic! I also trained legs and did some posing! Felt like such a long day today and I’m super super drained! Shower and bed for me x

Hi guys! So today was a rest day and a much needed one too! I did my cardio and I walked Lola this morning and she got stung by a bee so that was eventful then I did some editing for my YouTube and then had a few clients in the evening followed by another walk and then got all my food and bag ready for a busy day tomorrow at work and leg day ?? x

I agree with Clare is very much a mindset & discipline.. it’s just individual to how you deal with it, I found adherence got better I’ve time

So today was push I had a really nice push session this morning! Then I did my routine practice with Kim at her studio I also did some filming for my YouTube ☺️
Kuba has taken away a few more bits of food as we are looking to come down a little quicker
Rest day tomorrow we’ll needed x

Hi I know meg does yoga regularly- I don’t but I do gymnastics along side bodybuilding- just a little more extreme stretching and tbh I’ve never had any mobility issues and I feel it massively benefits my training definitely

I agree you’d be best getting a solid 8 reps before increasing weight – single double reps don’t serve that much purpose in terms of bodybuilding growth

Definitely just focus on getting in bland foods and get yourself 100% then you can plan from there your best option

Hi all!
Had a really lovely session today with @megansylvester & @jade-kelsie filming our pull session for you all
Today was my first day back in the clinic working so was really nice to see some of my regular clients back in the clinic!
Feeling really tired this evening first day back at work and filming has tired me out – my check in client check ins and push session tomorrow followed by routine practice tomorrow another busy but exciting day! X

Possibly a diet break or deload could help this situation but depends how long you have left dieting and so on

So today was a megaaaa productive day!! So I did my cardio on this stair master this morning followed by posing practice and then come home ate breakfast did the washing and cleaned my house too to bottom ?
I then went and did a food shop, walked the dog to get my steps in and then packed my bad and got all my food ready for my first day back at work!! So so excited it’s been 4 months since I’ve been working so it feels surreal to be able to be back working! And also got a brand new lovely clinic to work out of ??

So today first day back in the gym had a mint session with alix was nice to see everyone too!
Back to being able to do morning cardio on the stairmaster ?? today consisted of bits and bobs for work looked at the new clinic and then trained plus 2 walks for my steps x
