Hey guys! Rest day today I 100% needed this! I felt absolutely smashed today. So today was literally get cardio &steps done and then chill whilst doing client work from home. Had a few posing calls but overall chilled day! Tomorrow is very similar too x

In cases like this I tend to do a process of elimination it’s the only way to figure it out. You could reduce rather than fully pulling and do it one by one see what helps.

Hey all! So busy day in clinic today! Had 2 lovely online client visit to go over their mobility / rehab bits in person and sort out the next steps. Which was lovely! I then trained legs which absolutely wiped me out haha! I then finished with 2 more clients. Busy but productive today complete! Also feeling hungry today haha! First time since starting the pull back I have 🤣 x

I’m not so sure of this split and training sessions. There’s no legs also is that on purpose? Can you not do any legs at all??

Hey guys! Trained upper today very good session happy with all my progressions only one I matched was my bor. the rest were progressions. I also had a full day in clinic as well as topping the paddock & cutting weeds Down. The paddock is a working progress haha we’re doing it after work and around things so doing it bit by bit. Chilled evening mint tea and a film with James x

I really favour doing rounds even just 15-20 mins and allocate time to also focus on posing routine etc if needed. Remember posing with a mirror is great but learn to be able to hit the poses without too. I would say a posing coach will also be super beneficial

Hey guys! So rest day today. Spent majority of the day walking the dogs and then working in the field. We’ve harrowed and seeded the paddock & then also rolled it. We also spent some time practicing calf roping which is so fun and addictive haha! We then did a quick food shop walked the dogs again and chilled this evening x

Hey all!! So rest day today! Bit of a different day for me morning as normal cardio, dog walks and cow feeding. I then went to a hen-do in York. It was a good laugh played bingo in fancy dress (shrek themed) haha! I didn’t eat the meal with the rest as the only option was burger and I’m on a little pull back right now anyway but I also don’t want a crappy burger for the sake of it. So I ate before and immediately after leaving. I also didn’t drink – never really do I don’t enjoy drinking if I’m honest so I had 1 Pepsi max and water. If I’m honest nobody even noticed which is a plus haha! Then come home sorted the cows again and more dog walks followed by a chilled night watching a series 😊 x

Hey guys! Very busy day in clinic worked 7:45 -5:30pm had breaks to eat etc and train legs. I trained early but then crashed hard around 12 ish haha! That wasn’t fun at all but I had a coffee and picked myself up to finish work. My lower session was very good though numbers were all up. This afternoon I’ve walked the dogs, caught up on some house work and chilled with James and the dogs x

L- carnitine im also not a huge fan of yohimbine – i personally get headaches and i don’t really enjoy the feeling when on it.

Upper lower is brilliant for bringing up multiple body parts as you’re hitting them more frequently, ppl is also another good option
