I know lots of guys use veet and electric razors but it’s just personal preference on how often you want to do it and if you don’t react to the veet as I know some people have allergic reactions and rashes from veet

Hi all so today was pull day had a super busy day with client check ins, posing, stretching and running errands then trained this evening had a really good session I pulled 140rdl for5 much smoother than my last 140 which was only for 3 x

I agree with Clare, me personally I’ll be reducing my sets I only do 2 top sets so I will just be doing 1 top set to introduce me into the gym then add back in 2 sets

Right now your best option would be rest ice elevate! But still keep it moving now and again don’t let it stiffen up
Diet wise personally I would say don’t train, no cardio just rest – and rest day food.. it’ll literally do no harm to take a few days to a week off slowly start building up steps and introduce cardio one pain reduces then return to training.

Like the other guys have said around 2g per meal and I use Himalayan pink salt- I find it actually tastes nice too

Hi all ????
So today was a super good day!
Went for a very wet walk this morning then hairdryed the dog as she was soaking haha! Which she loves! ????Then I did an hours posing slightly tweaked my posing so when I do my check in tomorrow hopefully I nail them and they will look better and see what kuba thinks ☺️
I then did some work, had a quick 30 min nap, got my JP supps order which is always the best day ever!!! Can’t wait to try the new cream of rice!!
Then the rest of the day I went on 2 more short walks to get my steps in.. watched the ultimate beast master – slowly becoming a fav of mine absolutely hilarious to watch!! Then had a mint training session! I trained pull and it felt mint amazing connection sick pump! Feel so good and excited about this prep!

I’d agree with Tim! Go for something that gives you the most for example high incline press will target upper chest and front delt exercise that target more muscle groups will save time I reckon you could still do ppl split

Hi everyone!! So today was rest day and mannn do I need it my legs are in bits from leg day ????
So today my steps got upped to 12,000 still on 0 cardio ???? for now haha!
Today consisted of walks, food prep and a little cheeky nap and then taking Lola to the dog groomers to be cut! She wasn’t the biggest fan of it but she’s much happier and cooler now ????
Excited for push tomorrow along with some posing and a few bits of skills practice x
