Hour blocks it’s called allows you plan something for each hour it’s very basic and simple but you can use that or google calendar both are good ☺️

Personally I’d train calf’s at the end of a workout and do mobility routine for them prior to squatting also work on mobility rom not only on leg day but like 3-4 times a week it’ll speed up how quickly you see noticeable changes in rom

Yes I’m completely the same very ocd especially more so on prep.. everything has to be right I even get funny trusting other people to weight out my food or intra I like to do it myself so I know it’s exactly what I have! And if my routine is broken oh man I worry like mad I do everything I can to get back to my normal routine!
But the way I kind of control my stress and worry I have a hourly planner app and for each hour of the day you can plan I just change it and re plan my day then i feel fine once I’ve sorted it!

Hi I agree with Clare on this one add in pre carbs and possibly decrease some expenditure and work from there ☺️

Have you had your bloods done? I’d say this is probably the first and best step.. find out what’s out of Wack and put things in place to fix it

Hey everyone!! Hope you all had a good Monday!
This morning upon waking I had a terrible migraine so I literally ate breakfast and back to bed, woke up ate my second meal and went back to bed again will 12 then when I woke it had gone thankgod!!
So then I went for a walk, nipped to the shop as I forgot steak yesterday and doggy treats for Lola. Then bathed Lola ready for her cut on Wednesday ☺️
I was supposed to be training legs today but due to my migraine I didn’t feel 100% so took a rest day and I’m going to train legs tomorrow with Jamie as he took a rest day because he is still aching from last leg day! So I gave him a massage and he’s feeling much better now ☺️
So even though today didn’t get off to a good start it’s been a nice day ☺️ x

Hey everyone so today was rest day! I got up did my morning steps, food shopped food prepped and the spend the day relaxing before a busy week ahead I then also went on another walk with Lola to get my steps in ☺️ x

Hi all! So today was pull day I had a really good session apart from abit of rain ????☔️ but all in all nice first pull session post deload/rest!
Nice getting back into prep routine feels good ☺️ rest day tomorrow so getting a massage to help with recovery and it’s food shop and food prep day x

America not sure where but for me I want to visit the gyms and do gymnastics over there it’s a lot bigger
Kamara, the gyms (kits) in the UK are actually much better than ours! hahah
I live in Los Angeles and other than a handful of places, all the gyms are corporate and pretty meh.
GREAT gymnastics facilities though! You’d love that.
Personally, I’d move down to South America or even just Mexico.

Seriously I wouldn’t of thought that I suppose when I compete in America I’ll find out ☺️Ahhh Thankyou I’ll keep it in mind if I ever decide to move but I do wanna go on holiday to Mexico tbh ????
