Hey all! Hope you had a lovely day in the sun!!
So today I checked in with kuba and tomorrow is my first day of prep 16 weeks out Europa pro Alicante!! So so excited to be back on prep!
No changes so far with diet we just dropped cardio and increased steps to 10,000 anavar starts back from Monday. Currently feeling flat as shit hahah! After 5 days rest with rest food so buzzing to get back training and on training day food! Over attached pictures below!
Today consisted of walking for steps, did some gymnastics in the garden and sun bathed a little food shop and then I’m going to walk Lola later when it’s cooler x

America not sure where but for me I want to visit the gyms and do gymnastics over there it’s a lot bigger

Hi everyone, so today was my last rest day, I had a little lay on prepped food and went to a friends to go for a walk had a catch up and chilled it’s been a nice chill day but I’m 100% ready to go back to training and can’t wait to check in tomorrow and get started on prep ???????????? x

So if I’ve ever only had to have 1 meal before training which is very very rare but I woke up drink 1L of water and then have my normal pre meal which at the moment is
100g chicken
1 bagel
200g fruit
1 muffin
And then 30 mins before I start training I start drinking my intra
But like other have said it all depends on your personal digestion, but a shake, banana and so on are very easily digested_________________________________________

Could you digest this within 60 mins to train ?
I’m impressed , would ruin my session. I know some can eat that quick n train like just not me lol._________________________________________

I can yeah if I go for a short walk after eating my pre! But I prefer at least 1hour 30 mins_________________________________________

Amazing how different we all are. I have a friend who feels better doing the same n trains better if he ate around the 60-75 minute mark.
For myself I need atleast 2 hours but I have slow transit which makes things worse._________________________________________

Yeah I find it so interesting, I digest food quickly and pretty well too my off season pre meal was heavy and I digested it soooo well I had 100g chicken, 1 bagel, 200g fruit, 4 choc muffins and 500ml fruit juice! I think as long as you keep her reassured throughout the prep thinks should be good! Takes a certain kind of person to be with a bodybuilder haha!

So today was rest day just 2 more rest days left ???? then back on with training and starting prep ????
Can’t wait for tomorrow off to see Keira for a dog walk whilst Jamie trains legs then it’s check in day thurs! So excited x

Today was another rest day and I went to visit my friend alix we took Lola for a walk talked about her pro debut as she’s my client and then we did some gymnastics on Clifton park was nice to try some skills again foots feeling 100% so I know after these few days rest I’m sooo ready for prep ???? x

I think this is very independent I have 6 meals but 5 wouldn’t matter it’s down to personal preference

Hi everyone, hope you’re all having a nice weekend! Today was rest day 2 and it was lovely to lay in and then walk Lola, nap cook food and walk Lola again! Pretty chilled day but supposed to be resting up so taking advantage ☺️ x

So first day of my 5 rest days I got up did yoga had my breakfast, did some work, did some clothes shopping with Jamie and a food shop then walked Lola and chilled in the evening ☺️ x
