Hey guys!! Yep so it’s official I’m on prep in 5 days time! And I cannot wait!!
So first things first I’ve got 5 days complete rest so I’m ready for this prep and getting back into the gym!
I’m looking to aim to do the europa pro (Alicante) not sure if I’ll be hitting any other shows we will see ☺️
Today I trained legs with Kiera Jaston it was a super good session! Can’t wait till we can get in the gym and smash prep and training together!
Off to bed now super tired from the leg session hack squat wrote me off x

Hi everyone! Today was rest day, had a little bit of broken sleep last night so I laid in a little to catch up.. I then did my cardio had breakfast and did a food shop, cleared out my wardrobes and walked Lola then spent the evening chilling ☺️ x

Honestly most of people’s knowledge on here comes from learning from others, personal experiences no qualifications are going to give you that. There’s so so much content out there on YouTube and on here on the educational series ☺️

Just want to add I drink this then do backflips and tumbles over and over – so I find this pretty easy to keep down it doesn’t bloat me or impact my training I also feel much more energetic during sessions and less fatigued after

Hi this sounds similar to what I do, i compete in the fitness category which involves bodybuilding and doing a routine – which includes gymnastics and dance so I practice my routine 2-3 times a week depending on recovery but to help me during my sessions I drink the same intra that I have for my bodybuilding training sessions, which is 30g sustain, 20g mps max, 10g glutamine, 10g creatine, 5g Himalayan pink salt.

I’ve been watching the jp educational series, I also enjoy watching/ listening to podcasts- like kubas rookie season on YouTube, and also any other educational YouTube videos/ podcasts

So today I walked Lola, food prepped and did my cardio and trained push! Really enjoyed today’s session I also did some posing which I’ve probably let slip recently so it was nice to be back practicing! X

Hi everyone so today was check in day and rest day so I got up did my check in and my cardio and then recorded a podcast with holly jeans. Then the rest of the day I walked Lola and chilled can’t wait to train tomorrow x

I usually have a deload/ time off gym post show depending on my current situation but I stay active I have a meal off plan the day of the show then back to normal diet the day after.. and for the rebound phase I personally think you need a jump up to gain weight back into a surplus then a slow increases from there

Hi everyone! Hope you’re all enjoying the weather!!
Today was leg day so I got up walked Lola did some work, chilled out watching some Netflix, trained legs and took Lola on another walk ☺️ had a really good session despite my lower back not being completely recovered from a lot of compound movements recently but still all in all good session! I’ve attached my log x

Sounds like tendinitis or overuse injury I’d back off weight a little bit give it time to recover and yes take join in and cure coming they will help massively

Hi everyone hope you all had a lovely Sunday! Nice to see some nice weather again ☺️ so today has been a pretty chill day I did my cardio walked Lola and caught up with some work.. also had to ring out of hours doctors as I’ve got a bite from walking through the fields that’s got infected ???? but yeah I’ve got antibiotics now should be fine!
